Yay! V2! w00t.
Okay, here's a Tuscan 'Winery' Villa thingy house for your sims, it's lovely on the inside, as I already have a 3 generation family in there. (I moved the DelPiano's out of DelPiano and into this. :\)

Enjoy

Chris, those are some of the prettiest sim pictures I've ever seen. Your work is impeccable, you create such great scenes with lighting and the CC you used was used perfectly. I especially love the fourth picture of the house on the hillside because it seems so cute and detailed. Your work is great, far better than mine to say the least. Great job! :]

Edit: Thanks to Boolpropped, Fway, Aquarian, lmfjaxxon, Scout, and jenny for the awesome complements, thanks so much! :] And of course thanks also goes to Migamoo, GS, and Jess! :D

Zoidbergen- I really like both of those homes. I have been trying to build with no CC for a few months now, but just cant seem to do it :)
CiaoAlora-I agree with Coldfloral on the color you chose, its really pretty. Are you from South Florida? I just ask because I used to be, and theres A LOT of homes similar to that color there, especially in Miami

This was one of my homes for the night. The other is a duplex, but I forgot to take pictures of that. I plan on going back in to decorate it tonight though, so maybe post pics of it tommorrow.

I build a rest home for my sims. I think it turned out pretty nice. The sims living their are pretty well of, so they can afford the best and the best of view. (I have edited the sky in all pictures)

Jenny, I love that little house! I was surprised to learn it was from the 50-60's because it seems modern to me. Though I've never seen a house from that time period before, I guess you brought it back with your own contemporary flare. I especially love the spherical shrubs lining the front. Where can I get those?

Scout, that house looks amazing! It looks old but seems new and fresh at the same time. The different wall textures make it more interesting. I like the tower thing on the right with its coned roof; I have added that to many of my own houses in the past, but yours looks a lot better than mine.

Angel F, I like how your modern house is looking so far. May I suggest adding plants and foliage to the rooftops? :)

Macthecat, that looks like a cozy place for a summer retreat. I like the full-length windows/doors on the patio/deck. Did you download them or did they come with an EP?

After reading A Time To Kill , I started thinking about courthouses. I got bored and when I got everything (well, nearly everything, there is still this large spot in the basement that I have no idea what to do with) finished, this was the result.

http://img176.imageshack.us/img176/3152/couthouse2qi5.jpg

EDIT: Please comment on my lots. I apologize, but I don't know how to improve or if the house is even good if I don't get any feedback. I would really like to improve, but I don't know what I am doing right or wrong.

Here's a little house I built for my sim. It only fits two simmies. I still have to work on the exterior. I posted some pictures of the interior on "Favorite Room Pics" thread. I'm not very good with roofs, so I stick with the simple "flat" roofs. :)

This is the house/s I made for Lillith and Angela Pleasant. Two seperate little row home looking things. I think it turned out pretty well, I guess. I kept it simple. I made two different ones because if I stuck them in the same room they'd rip each other apart... like they are in the pic. Anyways...

Walter Campbell is a talented artist who usually paints heritage homes (circa late 1800s-early 1900s). I fallen in love with this one in particular. I had to do all the exterior myself, using an art program and Homecrafter. It is a beautiful, yet expensive home. But your sims are worth it.

SimAddict01, did you happen to upload any interior shots of the lot? I really like it :anime:

Bite_My_Tongue, you already know how much I love your lots especially your pink one, lol. It's so feminine!

MeganFranc, your lot is so lovely I even want to live there, lol.

Hoang, your first lot is just adorable....

Fway, I seen your lot over at the contest thread and I must say that you really know how to make junk look nice :).....

Migamoo, I haven't had the pleasure to dislike any of your lots....We have so many fantastic builders here at this community. Keep up the good work ;).....

Daisie, you have also made some pretty nice house too...too bad I haven't seen them uploaded anywhere....That just makes me sad :(

AFineFrenzy, are you trying to make Angela and Lilith kill each other? Well, atleast you can get more bang for your buck when you sell their lot....considering that Knowledge sims love lots with ghosts, lol....

Daisy2007, that lot would look really nice (whenever I get a new pc) in the country hood I plan on making in the future....It has that really country, cozy feel....

Zoidbergen, your house is very modern. It reminds me of all of those Asian Sims websites...They are some really good house builders and they use cc very nicely as well ;)....

Imjetguer, your house remind me of this house I saw on HGTV that this couple was trying to sell. Is that where you got your idea from....

Nice houses everyone! I hope I haven't left anyone out but when I see something that I like that you guys made / build, I just feel that it is my obligation to let you know....

There are still some fruit trees and perhaps a small greenhouse that will go in.

I built this house for a new hood I'm making - the first generation of the Riverblossom residents. Roth Manor will house the Roth Patriarch and his family. It's not 100% finished yet.

Brooke: That is a very nice house. It is nice and large for those sims who want to live large, but simple enough for family sims. Very clean cut, very nice.

I also have trouble landscaping.

Here is one of my favorite houses. Currently The Grönros family is living here.
The Smaller house is a combined gym/wokshop/music house. From the beginning this house was all red but i recently repainted it and now it looks much better.

~The Daughtry Academy of Apprenticeship Arts~

This is my new working University in my main hood, NOT in a University sub-hood. It works just fine, I have Young Adults living there who can do research, term papers, homework and go to class just like a Maxian University. I will show off the CraftHall (the lot were classes take place) next week - this is the Dormitory you are looking at now. There are three lots on my University campus: the Dormitory, the Quad (park for relaxing), and the CraftHall. All of this is on University Circle in the Isle of Thyme.
