Night_Racer: Don't know how it's called in your game, but if you enter a lot you can change the 'distance-view' or something called like that. If you set it to far your Sims can see further, but if you don't have a very good videocard or something like that, I wouldn't recommend it, because it can lag you game.

Well, looks like there's some lovin' in the asylum [thanks to ACR, of course ;D]

My controlable sim, Emett, needed some friends to advance in his medicine career, so he started hanging out with official asylum musician [she's really good now XD], Scarlet.

Now, they're freaking loving on eachother like 24/7. Damn ACR is really strong. XD

I usually set up a separate hood for all the challenges so all the dysfunctional sims are all in their own little crazy world, with the asylum down the road from the poverty challenge family, etc.

Well, I gave it a try tonight. I already had an enormous house sitting empty in my local neighborhood, so I made my crazies and moved them in.

The Crazy Family

Within 12 hours all 7 of the unplayable Sims were yelling at me and holding their tummies. On day 3 a few of them actually started to get their own food and whatnot, but not enough. On day 3 we also had our first fire.

On day 4 Jazzie Crazy starved herself to death on the front lawn. :( My playable sim's carpool pulled up to the house (after work) just as Grimmie was disappearing, so it was too late.

I played for awhile after that but then my game crashed and I wasn't sure where I'd saved last so I called it a night. I'm hoping things get a bit easier with only 6 people on the lot but its tough.

I am also showing a lot of restraint because my sims LTW is to have woohoo with 20 different sims and I have ACR installed but am forcing myself to play by the rules. We'll see how it pans out. ;)

I was standing at the edge of the road snuggling my new puppy so the gardener truck couldn't pull up properly and kept kind of jumping while it waited. Well everytime it 'jumped' it spit out another gardener on my lot. After I moved the truck drove away off the lot leaving 6 gardeners!! They hung out & chatted and had a bite to eat and when I logged off the game they were still there!!! (My yard looks great though! ;))

I have recently re-installed Sims 2 on my MacBook with a little help of Windows and BootCamp, however Windows began to act somewhat unstable and was having fun with surprise crashes. Therefore I made an effort to stabilise it and ran the game to see if it would crash once again. I entered the Pleasant house end left the pixel people to their own vices.
To my surprise Lilith came back from school with my self sim (younger version :P, hey, it's a game!), who began talking with Dustin about law (I applied for law in one uni).

As I am writing this Mary Sue is dying because of a fire in the kitchen :D.
