i say photobucket is the best. everyone says there the worst but you have to increase photosize to 1280x1050 (or whatever it is) so it dosnt shrink your pics down and ruin(SP?) them

gosh darnit I had a really good one and now I can't even get the thing to show up in my storytelling album. I forgot to use my screenshot program, stupid game, lol. When this guy "died" (I think it was Benjamin Long) it started raining which I thought was a bit cliche but funny. This was seriously one of the most freakiest things I had seen this game.

LOL! I can relate! I remember as a kid I had asked my mom why she wouldn't get a dishawasher. She said, 'That's what I have you for!'

I have 11-years-old daughter, starting to have "teen-age-moods", who asks me, why she have to do some housework, why don't I make them myself. I answer sometimes the same way as your mom. After telling "real reasons" hundreds of times, and that this is our home, not a bed and breakfast, I start to sound more and more like my mom and sarcastic.

And yes, I hear comments about unfair child labour every day. I usually tell her to call social workers, maybe they care about her complaint, because I don't :devil2:

Edit: In case somebody thought that I don't care about her emotions, you were wrong. I do. I just don't care about her carping for fifteen minutes every single time she has to take the garbage out... She is really bull-headed person, just like her mom ;)

Kusama: Hehe thank you! :D It is kinda scary, its the first time I've mixed creatures (alien/werewolf). She was born in-game; Pascal's alien spawn from the start of the game, I named her Clara. One of my favourites at the moment. She maxed out her creativity skills before she became a teen, has sold a masterpiece, and reached the top of the politics career... Unfortunatly, she is now pregnant thanks to Inteen and ACR...

LegolianM: Maybe the ghosts on that lot are only spawned when you first play the game? When I last reinstalled, I played Veronaville for a while. I then installed a mod that spawns medieval-style names for NPCs. I then loaded up Strangetown for the first time and all the NPCs had the medieval names, as I hadn't loaded the neighbourhood at all until I installed that mod. Maybe a similar effect?

She was probably missing her hair at creation and the game picked a randomly chosen hair in the appropriate color bin to fill in that gap (I've seen it in my game too). Also, if I'm not mistaken, that base game ghost is wearing Nightlife clothing -- missing clothing was also randomized with the installation of Seasons.

This is the outfit for the Exorcist level in the Psychic career (I'm not sure if that's what it's called, it's the career with an eye inside a triangle as the icon). I almost died laughing when my sim first changed into it to go to work!

AdmiralAeris: That's very bizarre, and it makes me wonder what the ghost was originally supposed to look like. I think my ghost even had the strange grey eyes that they get if something's wrong with the eyes they're supposed to have, but I couldn't tell very well. They definitely weren't any eyes I have in my game though.

I'll just chalk it up to another bizarre occurrence at the Specter house!

Lyla Grunt in my game was resurrected and she looked just like your ghost. I figured she was killed by her husband as she was a hooker- my assumption anyway. My computer later took a dump and I had to reinstall the game.
I've had some weird bloopers tho with insim- I had a sim who was family and when I went to age him up he was romance. I aged him back down and back up and it was the same thing. So I just let him age naturally because I didn't want him to be romantic.

Strangetown and Veronaville were the first neighborhoods that were made by Maxis in the development of the game. A lot of the sims are missing genetic information, so the game probably just pics something random to fill the gap when the ghost appears.

Lyla is definitely an electrocution ghost; I've seen her spark once before (prior to installing Seasons, so she looked like Engram's ghost, bald and with default outfit -- my pic was with Bon Voyage installed).
