Delilah screamed again. She had at least half a dozen needles sticking out of each arm, and just as many machines hooked to her.

"Still nothing," one of the doctors said, checking the readouts.

"What are we doing wrong? She should have shown some kind of results this time!" another one muttered, scribbling down numbers rapidly.

"Know what you did wrong?" Delilah growled. "Not knocking me out completely. If my friends catch you, you're dead!"

A doctor stuck a needle into one of her legs. "Where did you learn this stuff, from watching Hostel?" she snapped.

"Why isn't it working?" one of the other doctors screamed.

"Inject her with more! Maybe she needs to be knocked out longer!" another one replied, passing him a hypodermic needle.

Cilla crossed her arm and glared at the receptionist. She would've knocked him out right there and then, but it'd be illegal and spending her life in jail wouldn't be too pleasant... she had to go find Gavin if she wanted to get out of the hospital safe.

Gavin immediately looked up from his seat in the waiting room as he heard someone scream. It was Delilah, he was sure of it. Leaping to his feet, he ran to the main desk and caught the attention of the female receptionist who was busy at her computer

"Delilah Stanton, where is she?" he asked furiously

The receptionist looked anxious and hesitantly read her computer screen, "she's in testing right now. You can't see her."

Gavin slammed his fist hard down on the desk, so hard that several files behind the receptionist fell to the ground, and her eyes nearly popped out of her head. He glared at her,

"I know she's in f*king testing," Gavin growled, his face like thunder, "I didn't ask that. I asked where she was and if you don't tell me where she is right now I'm gunna kick your sorry butt out of this hospital before you have time to call for security. Got it?"

The receptionist looked like startled rabbit and hesitantly opened and closed her mouth. Eventually she told him: room 414, 4th floor. Gavin ran towards the staircase, spotting Cilla, a model from Queens Clothes looking around. She squealed when she saw him but Gavin had no time for pleasantries. He grabbed her hand and dragged her with him towards the staircase

"Delilah's in testing. Room 414. I'm terrified," he said breathlessly as he took the stairs three at a time

Delilah floated between consciousness and unconsciousness, with pain somewhere on the sidelines, ready to surprise her at any moment.

I don't know what you're trying to get from me, but it's not happening, she thought. Leave me alone. If I know my friends, they'll be here soon...

"Something's coming through!" one of the doctors called out. He turned up the radio a bit louder. Through the static, he could hear the angry voice cutting in and out... "...don't know... not happening... alone... be here soon..."

The head doctor grinned and patted Delilah on the head. "That'll do just fine," he said. "Bandage her up and get her back to her room."

Cilla continued to run beside Gavin and once they were on the floor of room 414, she closed her eyes, trying to listen. Of course, it was hard, considering they were running like jackrabbits.

"They're inserting too much of the liquid in her," she shouted to Gavin. "She could end up in a persistent coma.. or worse,"

Once they ended up in front of room 414, he tried to open it but it was locked. There were muffled sounds coming from inside and then a doctor appeared from down the hallway. "Hey, what are you two doing? Do you know this floor is not avaliable for visitors or anyone, for that matter?"

Cilla didn't listen. She wished she had her purse with her because it had a bobby pin in it.. she turned over to Gavin. "What do we do?"

Gavin looked at the door up and down hesitantly. He'd been in hospital the week before, could he really break it down

"Stand back," he said to Cilla.

He looked anxiously at the two hospital workers who were running at them down the corridor, talking on their walkie-talkies and looking like they were about to kick them out. But Gavin didn't care. So he'd get a fine or a night in jail, whatever. It would be worth it to save Delilah. Taking in a deep intake of breath, he checked to make sure Cilla was out of the way before he threw himself as hard as he could against the door to room 414. The first try failed and Gavin just ended up with a serious pain in his shoulder and across his back: that was going to hurt in the morning. Summoning up all his strength, he threw himself against the door again and this time it buckled, sending both the door and him several feet into the room and onto the floor, his head smashing against the hard tiled ground. He looked up and caught a glimpse of Delilah before shutting his eyes, slipping into unconsciousness. It didn't matter; they were in; she'd be safe

Warren went to lunch. He went to a Hardees across the street, and got a Philly cheese steak sandwich. He came back and the silence unnerved him again.

Now, the doctors were running towards them, shouting words that she couldn't hear. Cilla looked at Delilah. "What did you DO TO HER!?" she asked, tears now coming out of her eyes. "What kind of people ARE YOU?!" she asked.

The doctors behind her were contacting the police on their cellphones. She didn't even know what to do - they were harming a live, human being and they'd have to get blamed for it?

"WHAT HAPPENED TO HER!?" she asked, forming fists.

Delilah slipped further and further into an unconscious state. As though she were an outsider, she realized her heart rate was slowing down.

Hey... this isn't as bad as people make it out to be... she thought. It's almost like... falling... asleep...

In at least an hour, she could quite possibly be dead, without the right antidotes, due to all the drugs that had been injected into her system.

Hey, Gavin, she thought, if I slept for good, what would you do then?

That jolted her a bit more conscious. Gavin... she thought, trying to flounder back to the world of the fully conscious.

Gavin shut his eyes, finding it so easy just to close his eyes and fall into unconsciousness, but he told himself to resist. Delilah needed to be looked after, he needed to know she was safe. He slowly lifted his hand to his head and when he pulled away his fingers were coated in wet blood: but he didn't care. Just as slowly he pulled himself to his feet. Cilla was screaming at the doctors and it gave Gavin something to concentrate on. Don't let unconsciousness grip you! Don't let it. He managed to find something inside him and he snapped back to reality, taking in his surroundings in a matter of seconds. Delilah was still tied to the bed and her eyes were closed; she was dying.

"Sh*t man what have you guys done to her!" he shouted in desperation. He ran to the side of her bed and gripped her hand

"Come back to me Delilah," Gavin whispered, "come back to me."

Cilla's eyes jolted up when she realized that Delilah didn't wake up. Even after all her screaming and yelling Delilah didn't wake up.

"YOU KILLED HER-" she screamed, knowing that wasn't true, but it could happen either way. "I want you to listen to me. Her blood pressure is too low, because of all the drugs you injected into her and all the blood you took out." Cilla took another breath of air, looked at Gavin, then Delilah, and continued. "I don't care what you think, JUST HAND ME A NEEDLE AND THE ANTIDOTE TO THE DRUG YOU PUT IN HER SYSTEM!"

After a doctor handed her a needle filled with an antidote, she unwrapped the bandages on her left arm and looked for a vein.

"What are you doing?" one of the doctors asked. "You do realize you can be put in jail for this-"

"You do realize you can go to jail for killing somebody, and not only that, but you are a doctor, do you know how much shame that puts you to?" she asked, injecting the liquid into Delilah's vein.

She turned to Gavin. "She'll wake up in about half an hour. Just let the antidote get to all the systems, and she'll be fine."

"I hope."

Cecilia heard screams from the hallway. For some reason she wanted to know what was going on, since it were familiar voices. She slowly breathed in and out. She had to walk today, but didn't want to. She last time it turned out really badly.

The first thing Delilah was fully aware of was just how much pain she was in. All those drugs they'd injected her with had dulled the pain significantly. The second was just how bright the room was.

She groggily opened her eyes. "Hey?" she mumbled, squinting against the brightness. "What happened?"

She felt unusually heavy, as though she'd spent a long time without gravity and had been brought back down to Earth. "Where's Gavin?" she asked weakly.

Gavin could feel the pain soaring through the back of his head and the blood was wetting his hair, but he felt so relieved when Delilah spoke

"I'm here babe," Gavin whispered, squeezing her hand as soft tears fell from his eyes, "I'm here."

Delilah smiled weakly and squeezed Gavin's hand as tightly as she could. "Hey, Gav," she said softly. "You and Cilla came to save me, huh?"

She brushed her lips against his hand. "What better friends could I have, hm?"

The doctors started talking and noise started to fill the air. She wondered if the police were on their way here. This wasn't her biggest thrill...

Chinsa was suprised to see them here of all places but she usttered a weak "hello".

Jeisa went to bed immediatly after writing the email. She was tired, everything that had happened exhausted her, and she didn't even know any of those people personally! She crawled into her bad and curled up under her thick downy comforter. The phone rang, but she didn't feel like getting up to answer it.

The answer machine began speaking, "Hello, I am calling for Jeisa Intel, this is Nicolao, from the office." at this Jeisa threw off her covers and shot out of her bed. "I appreciate your sentiments and I am assured they will be on the up and up soon. I am calling to set an appointment for a fitting at your earliest convenience. Thanks again for calling."

"Sh**! Where's that godda** phone!" She yelled to no one, as she was alone in her apartment. The answer machine beeped, signalling the end of the message. She sighed, and stopped her frantic searching. She sat on her sofa, and layed down to think about where she last had the phone.

She woke up a couple hours later, her cheek wet with drool. Eww! she wiped her cheek and pushed herself into a seated position, in the process her hand slipped between two cushions and fell on something hard. She grasped it and pulled the object out from the crack. It was the phone she had been looking for.

She dialed Nicolao's number, hoping to get an answer.

Gavin smiled at Delilah, still feeling the tears pouring down his face and his expression mimicked Cilla's.

"Of course we came to save you!" he said in a weak voice, "we care about you. And I love you..."

He squeezed her hand gently but firmly and used his other to stroke her head. Gavin could hear noises and raised voices, and everyone seemed to be peering into room 414 where they were standing. The doctors were muttering to each other and talking on their phones; the police were coming. He and Cilla were going to be arrested: fabulous

A doctor walked into Cecilia's room. She had to walk, wether she liked it or not.
"Good day, Miss Queen."
-"It's not a good day" she sighed. "As long as i'm in this hospital, there won't be a good day." she slowly moved upwards to sit on her bed.
"Ok... well, ready to walk?" he asked, giving her a hand.
-"No" she answered shortly. "I'm not ready, i'm scared, ok?" she took his hand and now stood there, shaking.
"Now take the crutches." the doctor said. Cecilia did as he said and took the crutches. She placed them on the ground and waited for the doctor to give her a sign. She then started walking slowly. She once again started coughing. The doctors eyes widened as he saw her coughing and getting weaker every single second.
"Miss Queen, are you ok?" he asked in shock. Cecilia didn't answer and collapsed on the ground. The doctor quickly felt her pulse.
"NO PULSE!" he took his phone and called some other doctors.
"Come here quick! Miss Queen has no pulse!
"Again? What the... don't worry we're on our way."

The doctors rushed in and felt her pulse, to be sure. Her heart wasn't beating and they didn't know why.
"We need to take blood!"
-"We can't, it will kill her!"
"We have to test her Dr. Trevian!"
Doctor Skye Trevian was known of caring for his patients, he didn't want them to die, he would even cry if he didn't save one. Cecilia Queen needed to be tested, but it would be risky. He sighed.
"Ok... test her. If she dies, don't blame me." he slowly walked out and left the other doctors in there.
"Give me a syringe(? :blink: )!" One of the doctors quickly gave him one.
They didn't waste time and took some blood.
"Wait! Stop! She has a pulse!"
"What do you mean? How can she get a pulse if we take blood while her heart isn't beating!"
"There's something in her blood that'll really kill her! Bring her to the operating room!"

Hannah woke up early for her first day at 'Queen Clothes'. She was nervous. 'Assistant manager, Me? Who would of believed it' Hannah thought as she changed into the outfit she spent two hours last night deciding what to wear. She couldn't eat breakfast as she was too excited/nrevous. She left nice and early for work. She couldn't afford a car at the moment, so she had to take the subway. But soon she was outside the Queen clothes building. She strode confidently inside and up to the reception desk, but she saw it was deserted.

"Hello . . . . Hello?" Hannah called looking around "Anyone there?"

Delilah was in a lot of pain, but she knew that she was overall in better condition than she was earlier. Whatever else would happen, she would not die. She eased into standing position and looked around for an answer.

She spotted a surgeon's uniform nearby. "Grab it and run," she whispered to Gavin. "When you get into a safe place, put it on and tell the cops that you're a doctor and walked in on them doing weird experiments on me."

Gavin supported Delilah as she stood up, holding onto her arm so she wouldn't fall

"Grab it and run," Delilah whispered to Gavin, nodding her head towards a surgeon's uniform, "When you get into a safe place, put it on and tell the cops that you're a doctor and walked in on them doing weird experiments on me."

Gavin raised his eyebrows nervously and picked up the uniform, taking a nurses suit beside it for Cilla. He knew you could get into even more serious trouble from pretending to be a doctor; he also knew he didn't want to leave Delilah.

"I love you," he whispered to her, giving her a gentle kiss on the mouth, "I'll come back for you."

Gavin smiled at her and then, grabbing Cilla's hand, he dragged them both from the room, running as fast as he could back to Delilah's original room where the two could get changed. Hopefully her plan would work...

The doctors pushed Cecilia through the halways. The bed was moving to all sides but the doctors didn't pay attention. They had to get to the operating room as fast as possible. There was definately something wrong with her blood, and it needed to get checked. The doctors rushed and almost ran into a young blonde man and a brown haired woman.
"I'm so sorry." the doctors said.

Gavin and Cilla changed quickly and then walked back out into the corridor. Almost instantly they bumped into three doctors with a woman on a bed

"I'm so sorry," the doctors said.

Gavin looked at the floor, fearful they'd recognize they weren't real doctors and just nodded in response. It was then he realised the woman on the bed was Cecilia

"What's wrong with this woman?" Gavin asked instantly

When Hannah got no reply she started to worry. 'Where is everyone?' she thought. 'I am in the right building aren't I?' She thought panicked 'yes of course you are'. Hannah had saw on the news about Cecilia's accident, 'she's probably at the city hospital' Hannah thought. 'Maybe there I will find some answers'.

Hannah left the building and took a taxi to the hospital. She went up to reception and asked to see Cecilia Queen.

"No I'm sorry, Miss Queen is not having visitors today, she's in surgery at the moment" The receptionist told her. 'Well that's not right' Hannah thought 'I read in 'Gossip Magazine' yesterday that she would be released in a few days as she was making progress and was almost able to walk again, why would she be having surgery now?'

"No you don't understand, I work at Queens Clothes with her. Does she have any visitors from Queen Clothes here?' Hannah asked hopefully. Maybe someone knew what she had to do.

"Oh hello Dr...." the doctors eyes gazed to the nameplate. "Gold" he continued. "We're in a hurry, her blood is responding really weird to different things and we need to operate now. She died for five or four times and finally we know what's the thing that causes her deaths. It's her blood."

Gavin nodded, unsure what to do. He hoped Cecilia wouldn't die, but he couldn't say anything to her or comfort her as it would give away his position as a doctor. He couldn't even look at her for fear she'd say his name without realising

"Erm...okay then. The nurse and I are going to erm...check on Miss Stanton...I hear she's been having some unusual tests..." he replied in a deep voice

Cecilia slowly opened her eyes. "Gavin..." she said in a whisper. "Help me" a tear fell down her cheek.
The doctors looked at Gavin. "Do you know her? Maybe she feels comfortable when you're around."

Gavin didn't know what to do. Did he acknowelege he knew Cecilia and potentially blow his cover, or did he ignore her and let her die.

"Erm...yes I think maybe she's a family friend," he stammered in the gruff voice. He took her hand and squeezed it, "it's me..." he whispered, "you'll be fine."

"Is she going to be ok?" he asked

Hannah sat back down in the waiting room getting a coffee. She would have to wait here if she was going to be told anything. After waiting 15 minutes. Hannah needed the toilet so she left and started wondering around the building, looking for the loo's. After searching for more than 5 minutes Hannah was completely, but then she turned into a corridor where she saw a group of 4 doctors talking at the end of corridor surrounding a bed where a red haired woman lay.

"Excuse me, Do you know where the toilets are?" Hannah asked walking down the corridor towards the doctors.

Delilah was worried. She could hear people rapidly approaching the room.

Oh God... oh God... if they get caught... what do I do?! she thought.

She began to panic. If the machines had been hooked up to her, they would have shown her brain activity as being off the charts.

At that moment, the loudspeaker began to crackle wildly with static.

"Oh yeah," she muttered. "Gotta distract the people working here. Guess I'll take the dive."

Over the loudspeaker, she heard her voice say, in a fake British accent, "Attention all staff. Please report to room 414 immediately. This is not a test. I repeat..."

She smirked a little to herself. "My part of the work is done. It's up to Gavin and Cilla now."

Then, she realized that she'd overexerted herself. "Oh sh--" she began to say, before passing out.

Gavin looked up at a blonde woman walking down the corridor

"Excuse me, Do you know where the toilets are?" Hannah asked

"Yea of course," he said quickly, "in fact, I'll take you there."

He took one last look at Cecilia before grabbing the blonde girl's hand and ran off with her down the corridor. As he was running he heard, what he thought was Delilah's voice over the loud speaker. She was ushering everyone to her room: giving them a chance to get away. He smiled, wanting to run in and kiss her all over but restrained. Once they rounded the corner he stopped and looked at the blonde woman

"Sorry..." he said, panting a little, "I have no idea where the toilets are...but could you do me a favour...?"

The doctors looked at Gavin. "We'll do our best. Oh god, what am I saying, your a fellow doctor. We actually don't think she'll be okay. If you exuse us now. You can come with us." the doctor pushed the bed further into the hallway.

"Sorry..." he said, panting a little, "I have no idea where the toilets are...but could you do me a favour...?"

"Um . . . . Yeah sure, what do you need doing?" Hannah answered the blonde haired man. Hannah looked nervously around 'Who was this man?' She thought

Gavin looked at the blonde woman and smiled

"Could you go to room 414 and.." he took off the top half of his doctors uniform and handed it to the woman, "wear this and pretend to be a doctor. And then bring a brown haired girl called Delilah back to room 325, her original room."

He paused and self consciously covered his bare torso as he'd given the woman his clothes, "I'm Gavin by the way, I'm not a doctor," he said with a laugh

Many doctors crowded into the room, whispering amongst themselves and staring at the pale, unconscious woman who was curled up on the operating table, her arms and legs bandaged up.

"I didn't even know this room was open," one of the nurses whispered.

"Who is she, and what happened to her?" one doctor asked another.

Delilah slowly opened her eyes and said hoasely, "Next time one of your fellow doctors decide to use someone as a guinea pig, make sure they go after one who goes down easy."

She opened her hands, revealing that she'd snagged a couple of syringes filled with the drugs that they'd injected her with. "I don't know what they put in these things, but it was enough to knock me out and make me not realize just how many things they'd stuck into me."

The doctors rushed Cecilia in and lay her on the table. "Right, give the (...?)" the nurses did ad he said and gave the. (...?) He slowly injected it and Cecilia got into a deep sleep.

"I'm Gavin by the way, I'm not a doctor," he said with a laugh

"Yeah okay, I kinda guessed that" Hannah said laughing. She then turned and came back in the direction she came. She'd been sure she'd passed room 414 on the way up here. She kept running throught the corridors. 'Wow this is a exciting first day' She thought as she kept running. '420 ,419 ,418' Hannah read the door numbers as she ran by 'Nearly there' she thought. When she reached door 414 she peered throught the window in the door. There was a brown haired woman on the table just like 'Gavin' had said. But what he hadn't mentioned was that she was surrounded by lots of doctors and nurses injecting needles into her. She needed to somehow distract them, but how. 'I Know how" Hannah thought confidently as she sneaked into the room.

"Next time one of your fellow doctors decide to use someone as a guinea pig, make sure they go after one who goes down easy."

She heard the brown haired woman on the table say as she entered the room. So no-one had noticed Hannah come in. Relieved she slowly made her way around the room trying to blend in with the other doctors and nurses. She was soon by the power switch for the whole room and flicked it off. The whole room went pitch black.

They started operating, without any clue what was wrong. Hours passed and they still didn't know what was wrong. Finally they got the blood test results.
"She's poisoned!" the doctor said.

Hannah heard lot's of startled cries from the Doctors and Nurses. Hannah started creeping to the bed in the middle of the table. Many of the doctprs were running around like headless chickens. At least Hannah reached the bed in the middle. She silently took the bed of it's brakes and started moving to the doors. Everyone was still running around so lots of people were crashing into the bed. Hannah was nearly at the doors when the lights suddenly came back. All eyes turned onto Hannah

"GET HER!!" One of the doctors shouted.

Hannah ran out of the door pushing the bed with her as she went. She started running down the coriddor when a stampede of doctors burst out of the room behind her. The woman on the bed started to wake up

"Don't worry, you go back to sleep, I'll get us out of here" Hannah said turning a corner not totally believing her own words.

"What Shall I Do to escape these guys?" Hannah thought still running down random corridors with the doctors still chasing her

Gavin watched the blonde woman run off down the corridor and he only hoped his plan would work. He shivered as he was still topless and began to search through a few rooms for a shirt, but in vain. After a few moments he heard screams and cries coming from the floor above. Oh god... he thought to himself.Taking the stairs two at a time, he ran out into the hallway and was almost knocked over by the blonde girl with Delilah on the bed

"Hi!" Gavin said in shock, clearly impressed.

He glanced down the corridor and saw several white coated doctors running after them, his eyes nearly falling out of his head. This girl clearly didn't do things subtley. He picked Delilah up off the bed and held her close to him, turning to the blonde woman

"Run!" he said.

Hannah turned around and pushed the bed towards the doctors blocking their way. 'That will give us some time' Hannah thought as she started to run after Gavin. They kept running down random corridors till Hannah looked around and stopped

"I think we lost them" She said panting "Now can you please tell me what is going on?

Gavin grabbed hold of the blonde woman's hand and pulled her after him. He didn't let her stop again until they reached Delilah's original room. He placed her gently back on the bed and kissed her forehead, then stood up, crossing his arms in front of his naked torso

"I'm Gavin. That's Delilah," he said after a moment, pointing to her in the bed, "some wacko doctors have been doing weird tests on her and my friend and I broke in the door to save her, and now the police are after us and..."

He paused as the room began to spin. Running through the hospital hadn't been good on the wound to the back of his head and he was now feeling the consequences. Gavin had smashed pretty hard into the tiled floor and was concussed.

"I...I..." he stammered, before he fell to the floor with a bang

The cause was simple. She drowned in the sea. And awakened on the beach. A fish poisoned her. Just to defense itself ofcourse. The sting got in her leg, which explains why she would collapse when standing.

"Oh sh*t!!" Hannah whispered crouching beside him "Gavin are you okay?"

Hannah could hear footsteps running around upstairs. She had to think fast. She grabbed Gavin underneath his armpits and started pulling him towards the door.

"I'm sorry Delilah, you'll be okay here" Hannah said to the unconscious woman.

She opened the door and dragged Gavin out the door. Once outside, Hannah closed the door to Delilah's room. 'Where Now?' She thought to herself. She could hear the voices of doctors approaching from the end of both corridors. Panicked Hannah opened the door opposite to Delilah's room and dragged Gavin inside and closed the door.

"Gavin . . . . Gavin . . . . wake up!" Hannah said slapping him around the face

Gavin felt himself slipping back out of unconsciousness and the first thing he felt was a sharp stinging pain in his cheeks. He opened his eyes and looked at Hannah, reaching up and grabbing her wrists to stop her slapping him

"Ok...ok..." he said groggily, placing a hand to the back of his head and it came back covered in blood, "...I'm awake."

He stood up and looked at Hannah, suddenly very aware that he was topless.

"Where are we? What do we do now?" he asked, looking around the room panic stricken

"Okay Gavin listen to me, We are in the room opposite to Delilah's, but don't worry it's an empty patients room" Hannah said looking around "Now we can't go back in the corridor in case of the doctors or the police" Hannah stood up and inspected the room, 'something in here has to help me escape' She thought. She found two escape routes "Okay Gavin, we can either go out the window or go through the vents. which do you think will be best?"

They got Cecilia back into her room. The poison was flowing through her whole body, but they gave her something which would make her state stay like that for a while.

Gavin listened to Hannah, nodding as she spoke. He glanced around the room himself once she'd finished, not liking the small dark hole that was the vents

"Er...I think we should go out the window," he said, opening the window and glancing down.

He gulped. He hadn't had much luck with windows in the last week: the last time he'd climbed out of one it had landed him in hospital himself. Gavin looked back at Hannah and smiled, holding out his hand to pull her towards the window.

"I'll go out first and...and I'll hold onto the ledge and then you can climb down me. Once you get to my feet just drop to the floor, it won't be far."

He knew it wasn't the best plan in the world, but it would have to do. Gavin scrambled out of the third storey window and grabbed hold of the edge, signalling Hannah to follow him

Hannah kicked off her shoes and tossed them out the window.

"You probably don't want shoe marks all over you, do you?" Hannah said starting to climb out the window. Hannah turned around and started to climb down Gavin. She could tell he was in pain.

"Sorry Gavin" Hannah said climbing down him. This was very uncomfortable for both of them and they were attracting a lot of attention from passer by's. But soon Hannah was able to jump off Gavin and landed gracefully on her feet. After steadying herself and picking up her shoes she called

"Okay Gavin you can jump down Now"

Gavin cringed as Hannah climbed down him, his face contorted in pain as she touched the deep scar on his back

"I'm ok" he managed to mumble just as she jumped off.

He let go of the edge of the window and fell to the ground, landing smoothly on his feet but pulled his stitches at the same time. He stretched out, trying to see how much damage he'd done but he had to deal with that later. Several passers by were looking and pointing at them

"Run!" Gavin said, grabbing Hannah by the hand and began to run down the street

Cilla, who was still in her nurses uniform was lost. Yeah, hospitals weren't her favourite thing, and luckily she never had to go there much when she was a mere child.
She didn't know what to do, find Delilah, Gavin, or get out of here? She knew the cops were coming, scratch that-

"Miss," a person tapped on her shoulder. "Can you direct us to room 414? We need to get their quick,"

Okay, so you probably figured out that was the cops.

"Yeah.. it's on this floor.." she answered, thinking. "It's up ahead,"

Well, one thing for sure.. she couldn't go back to room 414 now, the doctors would immediately recognize her, especially from staring at her when she had ordered them around and saved Delilah's life.

"You work at Queens Clothes? You're the new assistant manager aren't you!" he said with a laugh as he regained his breath, "I'm an assistant manager there too!"

He laughed gently and looked around,

He looked around the roads, checking which way to go. Truthfully he had no idea how to get to the office from where they were

Chi burst through the front doors holding her chihuahua, Babi. They had matching clothes on, and both looked positively rediculous. Her hair was in great curls, bouncing off her shoulder. She went to the waiting area and sat down on one of the chairs and waited for someone to attend her. Chi didn't get up for anyone, and she certainly wouldn't now.

"I'd suggest you kept your mouth shut until you've worked here for longer than five minutes if I were you," he said to Hannah, controlling his anger.

He stopped walking and hailed a taxi cab, holding the door open for Hannah as he could see she was getting tired.

"I'll walk the rest of the way thanks," he said, slamming the door

"Au contraire Gavin, I think I arrived just in time to save this company" Hannah sternly told him "To Queens clothes, please Driver!" And with that the taxi drove off with Hannah in the back smirking to herself

The journey to the office was a short one and only a couple of minutes in the taxi she arrived at Queen clothes. Hannah paid the taxi driver and looked up at the impressive building and imagined what it would be like to own a company like this one day. Hannah strode confidently inside into the lobby. A beautiful woman with a chihuahua was sitting in the waiting area. Hannah went up to her

"Hello, Can I help you?"

Chi looked the woman up and down, her lips pursing, "Your outfit is all wrong and your hair looks like you found it in a drain pipe. But besides the point, I'm here to meet up with someone important. Like the owner of this.. place." she shook her hair, glad that she looked amazing. She re-applied some mascara and wrinkled her nose in disgust at the girl in front of her, "I need some water for Babi."

"If it were custom to come to work without a top there wouldn't be much work done around here!" he teased, running his hands through his hair, attempting to flatten it, "nah I just visited my girlfriend in hospital and...well...some stuff came up and I escaped topless."

He made sure he stressed the word girlfriend

Delilah ran into the Queen's Clothes office, clutching her hospital gown around her. She looked rather scratched up and tired, but otherwise fine.

She smiled weakly and then slid down a wall into a sitting position. "Hey," she gasped out. "I made it out of the hospital from hell."

She smirked a little and muttered to herself, preparing to explain it to whoever was in the building, "Whatever was in those needles was pretty freaking potent. A little bit in each doctor knocked them out long enough for me to get away. Well, the ones who stuck around after I started jabbing the first few. The rest, I got in a few good slices with some broken glass and a scalpel. I hope they don't sue. Oh, and a lot of people saw my bare bum while I was running down the street..."

She poked at her feet, which were blistered. "Oh well... they'll heal. I'm alive."

She stood slowly, shakily, and raised a hand in victory. "And by the time they wake up... they won't know where I am. Now... I need to get dressed."

Chi laughed, "Is that so? What color hair does she have?" she tapped her heeled shoe impatiently, waiting for the lift, "Are you as... bad as you seem from that girl?" She put her chihuahua on the floor again so she could stretch. Upon her stretching a mad woman ran up to them, "You look like a freak." she commented before turning back around.

Delilah clung to Gavin. "Gav," she said, ignoring the woman and the rat-thing for the moment, "I need some clothes. Do you have the key for the designer area? I'll need to borrow something to keep myself covered up."

"As for you," she said, turning to Chi, "I just ran all the way from a hospital, after kicking the butts of doctors who were using me as a guinea pig. Of course I look like a freak right now. But at least I'm not acting like a snob."

Chi turned to the woman, "No. I just think you'd look like a freak any way." she smiled at her, "But don't worry. Looks don't bless all of us. You were unlucky!" she turned away and put her full attention towards the man.

There were two doctors talking outside of Cecilia's room.
"She wont make it"

"No we can't, the poison is in her blood now, and the tests didn't only show poison. There was also something special. We can't find any donors, she can't be saved."
One of the doctors sight.
"Ok... but who's going to tell her?"

The doctor opened the door and slowly walked in.
"Miss Queen... there's something you've got to know..." he started telling her the story. Cecilia was devastated. She was going to die. She felt it before and she was right.
"You can call your family if you want to." he gave her a cellphone.

Cecilia quickly dialed Gavin's number. And waited for him to pick up.

She looked Chi over, from head to toe. "I thought Cecilia was bad, but compared to you, she's f***ing angelic!"

Gavin put his arm around Delilah and put his hand over her mouth to prevent her from saying anything back to Chi. Nothing she would say or do would make the situation any better. He squeezed her hand and then turned to look at Chi

"We'll have our meeting in five minutes," he said, giving her a smile, "for now can you just wait in my office. Room 9, Gavin Ruppetts."

Gavin turned back to Delilah and took a bunch of keys from his pocket. He searched through for the correct one, pulled it off the keychain and handed it to her

"Want me to come with you?" he asked.

Suddenly his cell phone started to ring and Gavin felt like screaming. He snapped it open and held it to his ear, holding up a hand for the other two girls to be quiet

"What?" he asked

"Gavin" Cecilia said. "I... I was right" a tear fell down her cheek. The doctor sighed and walked out, leaving her alone to talk with him.

Delilah shook her head and hurried up the stairs to the designers' area. She rummaged about for several seconds and pulled on a skirt and top set that had been set aside. She couldn't find any shoes, so she'd have to go barefoot.

She locked the door back up and ran back down the stairs, ignoring the sting of her feet hitting the ground. She ran back to Gavin and put the key in his hand, and then hugged him from the side, watching him worriedly.

"I've actually had a chihuahua waaay before Paris Hilton ever got seen with one. So shut your mouth doll face." she turned her back on the brat and crossed her arms.

"What do you mean?" he asked Cecilia, concern in his voice, "are you ok? What do you want me to do?"

"I'm dying, Gavin" she cried. "They just told me the news. A fish poisoned me, and now it's everywhere. They couldn't find any people who wanted to donate blood because they said something about something special in my blood."

Delilah leaned in, listening to the conversation on the phone as well as she could. She bit her lip, concerned.

Maybe they could use the blood samples they took from me...? she thought. But how do I suggest something like that?!

Gavin looked at Delilah, tilting his cell so she could hear too. Cecilia was dying: well that was crap

"Is there anything I can do? Can I donate blood?" he asked worriedly

Delilah yelled into the speaker part of the phone, as well as she could, "Tell them there's a whole ton of blood samples in room 414. Most of them are relatively untouched, so they're usable!"

She paused. "I know you'd hate having my blood in your system, but it's better than dying!"

"I don't know, they'll have to do a blood test. They said there was this thing in my blood which not many people have. Please help me" she begged. She looked over at Chi. "We'll argue later. Right now, it's a matter of life or death for my boss, and if something happens to her, the whole company is screwed."

Gavin closed his cell phone quietly, turning back to look at Delilah. He only half-listened to what she was saying, still not quite taking in that his boss was dying

"You're right." he said, snapping back into reality.

He turned to look at the pretty young girl Chi who was pouting, checking her reflection in a little compact mirror. Gavin smirked to himself, knowing his meeting with the new model would be...'interesting' if nothing else, "can we have our meeting later?" he asked her

Gavin turned back to Delilah and snatched her hand, pressing the button to the elevator hurriedly

"You look pretty by the way," he said, suddenly taking in her change of outfit

Delilah kissed Gavin's cheek. "Thanks, sweetie. Right now, we need to worrk about Cecilia. Hopefully, I'm a match. If so, then all those blood samples those doctors took can be used to keep her alive."

She sighed. "I'm not that fond of her, but I don't want her to die either."

Chi looked out-raged, "What do you expect me to do whilst I wait? Go shopping in the pound store?" she shook her head angrily. "I'll just go then. I'll be back in an hour." she turned around and minced out of the door.

He then turned back to Delilah and the two of them stepped into the elevator that had arrived

Delilah sighed. "I think there's both a written and a computer database of the employee information. You check the computer one, and I'll check the written one. If we know what Cecilia's blood type is, then we'll know what can be given to her."

Jeisa went to bed immediatly after writing the email. She was tired, everything that had happened exhausted her, and she didn't even know any of those people personally! She crawled into her bad and curled up under her thick downy comforter. The phone rang, but she didn't feel like getting up to answer it.

The answer machine began speaking, "Hello, I am calling for Jeisa Intel, this is Nicolao, from the office." at this Jeisa threw off her covers and shot out of her bed. "I appreciate your sentiments and I am assured they will be on the up and up soon. I am calling to set an appointment for a fitting at your earliest convenience. Thanks again for calling."

"Sh**! Where's that godda** phone!" She yelled to no one, as she was alone in her apartment. The answer machine beeped, signalling the end of the message. She sighed, and stopped her frantic searching. She sat on her sofa, and layed down to think about where she last had the phone.

She woke up a couple hours later, her cheek wet with drool. Eww! she wiped her cheek and pushed herself into a seated position, in the process her hand slipped between two cushions and fell on something hard. She grasped it and pulled the object out from the crack. It was the phone she had been looking for.

She dialed Nicolao's number, hoping to get an answer.

As he sat in the comfy leather chair, his eyes darting back and forth at the bottle, as he longed for it like a lover. When the phone rang, he was jolted into an oblivion that he indeed had place a phone call only hours before. In a nervous rant, he fumbled with the phone, wrapping the cord around him, and the phone dropped on the floor. Piecing it together, he chimed in, "Hello, Hello?"

Whomever was on the other end of the line had no idea what temptation were fluttering through his brain. Holding the neck of the bottle, as he looked at the label, caressing his lips over the spout. As if he was still contemplating, he reluctantly set the bottle down, and fiddled as he opened and closed his drawer.

"If I didn't say it before. I'm pleased you're alive. I love you." he said. He knew it certainly wasn't the time to be saying what he was saying, but he also knew he wanted to affirm Delilah of how much he cared for her

He made the same face Delilah did, "I hope there's a match too."

Delilah smiled. They arrived at the right floor. Delilah dove at the filing cabinet with the employee information in it and flipped through the files.

"Where's it at? Where's it at?" she muttered. She found Cecilia's file. "Here!"

She passed the file to Gavin. "Run a cross-check on everyone else who works here, to see if there's any matches!"

"I thought I was the boss!" he teased, opening Cecilia's file and began to search through it

As he sat there on the phone awaiting the person's reply, a rather loud vivacious voice with a thick Latin accent graced his office. Moving the phone from his mouth, but holding it still as yet on his ear, he scowled, "Tienes cierta rozadura. ¿Dejaste tus maneras en el país, o apenas naces grosero?"

Chi gave the man a dirty look and went to sit next to him.
"Usted sabe adular un modelo, no usted?" she retorted, letting her chihuahua sit on the floor, "Besides.. I was only being friendly."

Delilah peeked over Gavin's shoulder. "Great. I'll be back in a second. I better go apologize to the designers for taking their clothes, and then we can do the blood thing," she said.

She hurried out and up to the designers' area. She walked in and saw Nicolao.

"Sorry for taking the outfit. I--" she began, and then she realized, I must look a fright.

Here she was, in this nice outfit, hair tousled, no shoes... could be be any more unglamorous?!

"Friendly, equals that you come into an office, without even the most friendly, or respectful knocks? And holy hell, get that rat out of my office. If he does bathroom in my office, or on my works, I promise he will wish he was housebroken." He eyed over her, and she looked like a high maintenance foo foo model, with a dog, even. "Do you need to require an appointment?" He slid the bottle in his desk as if it was never there, and didn't comment on any of his vices. This lady would certainly babbler off to Cecilia, but hell, he just didn't give a s**t anymore.

On the phone, a woman prancing in, and then Delilah, he didn't look up, he already knew it was her. "No problem, I see you are okay, that is good," he said firmly his voice flat, and without emotions.

Delilah smiled apologetically and said, "It was either that or walk around, showing my bum to people. Long story. I'll tell you later. I promise I'll keep it clean."

She hurried out and went back to where Gavin was. She climbed onto his lap. "What's the news?" she asked.

Nicolao briefly nodded that he would catch up with Delilah later. As he thought about why the hell she would be running around nude, anyway unless it was another jab at her screwing Gavin. Whatever, he needed to get over it, so this was all the more reason to do so.

When the woman commented on her rings, he looked at the rings, and began to laugh hysterically, "You are joking right? I don't need a loop to see that you got scammed lady. And to be a model, and messed on, sorry to say that is not professional to walk in the office reeking of s**t. So, again, I warn about the dog, I like my space, keep it clean, and I want it to stay that way, understood? I don't know where you are from, by in my country, you would be cooking me dinner right now, instead of sassing back. Not that I would want you to cook, you might loose a nail, or chip it, and then there would be an apocalypse."

Forgetting he was on the phone, he apologized, "Sorry, may I ask whom is calling?"

Having finished lunch, Amber walked back to her office and plopped down into a chair. She was at least in a better mood, so she decided to tackle the stacks of paperwork on her desk.

Delilah frowned. Chi was an unwelcome presence. She wrapped her arms tighter around Gavin, refusing to get up.

She eyed Chi and that creepy little dog. Anything that looked that much like a rat freaked her out.

Chi felt her cell phone ring and she picked it up, checking her nails at the same time. When she finished she sighed deeply, "I'll have to come back tomorrow. I'm needed elsewhere." she said and walked out of the office.

Gavin was about to say something to Chi, his arms wrapped protectively around Delilah, when she flipped out her cell phone and began talking on it

Delilah giggled and kissed Gavin's cheek. "Now, where were we?" she said with a wink.

Hannah had been going over paperwork on her desk for over an hour when she had to go photocopy some papers for office worker to fill out. Hannah left her office and made it all the way to reception where a red haired woman with a stack of paperwork was hard at work. Hannah went over and asked

"I'm sorry to interrupt you, but do you know where the photocopy room is?

Gavin smiled and clasped his hands around Delilah, holding her tightly

"Did you know I cracked my head open trying to save you!" he said with a small smirk

Delilah laughed and kissed Gavin's lips, then tilted his head, trying to see where he was hurt.

"Want me to kiss it and make it feel better?" she teased, gently stroking his hair.

She frowned, taking a closer look. "There's blood in your hair. You need to wash it out soon before it gets really gross."

Gavin kissed Delilah hand as she examined the smash in the back of his head

"Can you help me wash it out?" he asked, giving her the puppy dog eyes

He flinched as she touched his head, pulling away from her instinctively from the pain

"Oh, it's actually just down the hall here" said Amber, pointing out the door.

Delilah climbed off of Gavin's lap.

"Let's get you to the bathroom. We can rinse your hair off in the sink, and then I can see what the damage is," she suggested.

She gently pulled Gavin out of his seat and led him out of the room.

Gavin closed and opened his eyes sleepily, follwing Delilah throw the offices until they reached the bathroom

"Is this going to hurt?" he asked nervously, suddenly sounding like a baby

He cleared his throat, "this is what secretaries are supposed to do," he said with a little smile

"Oh no I'm the new assistant manager, I'm Hannah, it's my first day and I don't know do we have secretaries?" Hannah asked "It would help me now i've got a tonne of paperwork in my office"

Delilah ran some water in the sink, making sure that it was warm, but not hot.

"It might hurt a little, if it's an open cut," she said softly. "But we need to get it out of your hair. If it stays in your hair, then the only way to get rid of the blood would be to cut your hair off."

She kissed Gavin's cheek. "You can scream all you want. I won't laugh at you." She squeezed his hand. "Now, lean over and put your head in the sink, and I'll try to get rid of the blood."

Gavin pretended to look shocked and clasped Delilah's hand

"Don't you dare cut my hair off!" he said with a smirk

He lent over and did as she asked, biting his lip so the pain wouldn't make him scream

Delilah guided the warm water over Gavin's scalp and used her fingertips to gently rub at his scalp. Most of the blood had coagulated, but it came away fairly easily.

She inspected his hair. The blood had not stained it, luckily. She gently parted his hair and inspected the injury.

"Good news," she said. "It's not serious, but it looked really bad because of all the blood."

She carefully washed the cut. "You'll live," she announced.

"Well the others do. I'm Miss Queen's secretary and my good friend Delilah is Gavin's secretary", replied Amber, continuing to fish through papers.

Gavin bit down harder on his lip as Delilah inspected the injury to the back of his head, feeling the pain seathing through him

"When are you going to kiss it better?" he asked, flinching away a little as she washed the cut

"Thank you," he said to Delilah as he rubbed the towels through his hair, attempting to get it back to it's usual 'flicky' standard

He chucked the towels into the towel bin and took Delilah's hand

"Do you like my hair? Seriously, you don't think I should get it cut?" Gavin asked, running a hand through Delilah's own short brown locks

The phone line seemed to be dead, because Jeisa had heard Nicolao answer, but then he spoke no more. She hung up after a while, deciding to head down to the Queen's Clothes building. She put some fresh clothes on so that she would be presentable and packed some snazzy high heels in her bag.

She felt too lazy to go down the stairs and walk, so she took the elevator and hailed a cab.

"Queen's Clothes, if you please," she said, smiling politely to the cab driver. Once they reached the builing, she hopped out of the taxi. On the way in the revolving doors, she bumped into a snooty but beautiful woman with a chiuaua in her arms.

"Oh my- I'm so sorry, I'm sorry," she apologized hastily to the woman and hurried through the door before she could reply. Inside, she went up the secretary she had met before- Amber.

"Hi, Amber." She smiled, "Is the designer Nicolao busy? I'd like to speak with him if he's not.[/b]

Chinsa kissed Alexis on her forehead and went to the hospitals food court. She sat at a small table in the corner. She looked at her cellphone and saw the time. She thought to herself "Wow Iv'e been here a while." She decided to call Cilla and see what she was up to. She dialed the numbers slowly then said "Hello, is this Cilla?"

Cilla, who was still in the hospital headed towards her car. She pushed in the key, unlocked it, hoping not to draw suspiscion to the police officers, did this very quietly until her phone rang, loud.

(( Here you go Lil - I don't know when you were gone, so this is a recap since the birthday party was postponed:

Birthday Party was postponed due to problems involving the birthday girl. In real, life, of course.
Then Cecilia got upset over loosing Gavin (or something) and ran off. She got lost on an island not far away from this city.
Nicolao and Gavin started a fight over Delilah. Delilah FAINTED.
Cecilia was found thanks to Gavin. She was taken into the hospital. Delilah, who fainted, also was taken to the hospital.
MAJOR DISCOVERY: Delilah has special brain waves. She can sense things even unconcious. Therefore, the doctors became 'excited' and she became a test subject, illegally. She had a overdose of several drugs they injected into her.
Gavin and Cilla (YAY HER!) came to the rescue! Miracleously, Cilla (who had amazing doctor knowledge) cured Delilah. Gavin woke her up.
DUN DUN DUN.. the cops. Gavin and a new model (Hannah..?) jumped out of the window and Cilla snuck out.
Gavin and Hannah arrived back to the office to greet the new.. er.. model, Chi, who has the most angelic attitude.. yeah. Since Cecilia's in the hospital, Gavin is in charge now.
Delilah ran away from the hospital. She and Gavin reuinted. -cuts in mushy music-
Cecilia discovers she is poisoned, from a deadly fish in the ocean, loosing huge amounts of blood. Right now, Gavin and Delilah are trying to save her looking through employee applications to see who is compatible.
Cilla and Chinsa are GOING CLUBBING! We'll see who else comes.. XD ))

He stood up and left Delilah on his chair, hurriedly opening the drawers to his desk to find something to wear on his upper half. It hadn't been a problem the previous night that he didn't have a shirt: on the contrary it had been rather useful, but he needed one to have a meeting in. "Morning," he said, his eyes moving to the dog dressed in a blue jacket, "brought the rat again did you!"

Chi did not look amused, "Babi comes everywhere with me." she said in a thick spanish accent, "She's house trained. She can sit in the corner." she said grumpily, sitting Babi down in the corner, "Your jumper is foul." she said, "Where did you find it? In a bin?"

Delilah sleepily opened her eyes.

I slept here, she realized. I actually slept at the office. Wow.

She stretched and yawned and then realized who had been knocking on the door. It was Chi and her creepy Chihuahua/rat.

"Your jumper is foul." Chi said, "Where did you find it? In a bin?"

Gavin glared at her, walking back around to his chair where Delilah was waking up. He gently stroked the top of her head, and then turned his attention back to Chi

"I wouldn't insult the guy who's in charge here at the moment, if I were you..." Gavin said, looking at the little dog, "and that thing can wait outside. I don't allow pets in my office."

He turned his back to Chi and moved his head close to Delilah's ear

"But Chi's in here so I guess I'm allowing dogs in today," he whispered, a small smile across his lips and then winked at her

Chi glared at Gavin, "I heard that." she sneared, taking Babi and putting him outside in the hall way, "estancia allí Babi" she said, before coming back in to the office, "Is that woman staying here through the interview?" she said smugly.

Delilah's lips curved up into a small smile as she tried not to giggle at Gavin's whispered remark.

If Cecilia were here, this wouldn't be a problem, she thought. Cecilia would chew Chi a new one.

"Is that woman staying here through the interview?" Chi said smugly.

"Yes. I'm his secretary. I have to take notes on the conversation for later reference," Delilah responded.

Chi looked disgusted, "Tal es vida. Perra de hombres estúpida." she sat down on the chair, smoothing her dress down with her delicate hands, "What do you need to know?" she asked grumpily, folding her arms furiously.

She gave Chi a sweet smile as she picked up a notebook and pen, ready to jot down information.

She flashed a brief smile to Gavin.

Poor thing... he has to deal with people like this for a living, she thought.

Gavin glared at Chi, and looked from Delilah to the smug model sitting opposite her

"Do I have a seat!" he said with a smirk, smiling at Delilah who was still perched on his chair, his skirt on back to front

"Tal es vida. Perra de hombres estúpida." Chi said as she sat down

Gavin didn't speak much spanish, but he'd been to Barcelona enough times to pick up the word 'b*tch' in Chi's sentence. He glared at the model

"If you're going to insult my secretary, at least do it in english," he said with a scowl

Hannah arrived early for work as she was being driven by her boyfriend. Once she arrived she kissed her boyfriend good bye and walked into the building, she knew yesterday that she hadn't made any friends and was sure that she wouldn't make many today. She'd pissed off Gavin yesterday, so he'd probably told everyone not to like her. She was on the top floor going through tasks that needed doing today in her mind when she suddenly tripped over outside Gavin's office sending lots of papers from her briefcase flying everywhere.

"What the . . . . . whose dog is that?" Hannah shouted looking at the chihuahua

Delilah stood and hurried over to the door. She peeked out at Hannah and said, "Blame Chi."

She shut the door and turned to face Gavin and Chi. She adjusted her skirt so that it fit properly.

Oh God, is it ruined? she thought, peering down at it. Nicolao will skin me alive if anything happened to this outfit!

Chi looked angrily from the sl*t to the dumb man, "Where's the fun in that?" she asked, uncrossing her arms. She sighed and tapped her heeled shoe impatiently, "This isn't very professional." she sighed and rolled her eyes, "hombre estúpido" she muttered under her breath.

"Don't call my boyfriend stupid," Delilah snapped. "For your information, Chi, he could have you thrown out on the street in two seconds."

She perched on the edge of the desk, notebook clenched tightly in hand.

Hateful little fiend, isn't she? she thought fiercely.

Gavin glared at Chi again, sitting down in his chair as Delilah perched on the edge of his desk

"If you're going to insult everyone you can leave my office right now!" he said with a scowl, "what is it with you models!"

He pulled his sweater back into place and smiled apologetically at Delilah, booting up his computer with a sigh

"Can we actually have an interview now!" Gavin said angrily

Chi looked outraged, "I've been waiting for you for two days!" she said, brushing her hair (which was now straight) with her fingers as her bag was in her car. She crossed her dainty arms again, sad that she couldn't mutter insults under her breath.

Gavin shuffled the papers in front of him and looked at Chi

"Now. You're a model. And you're...how old?" he asked

Chi smiled at him, "I'm youthful 20." Pshhh, more like 25, she though sneakily. She unfolded her arms and sat up straight. She needed to look 20, not just pretend to be 20. She smiled at him, glad that she'd filled in her application form with the age 20.

Gavin studied Chi's face, not convinced she was only 20. He knew girls who were twenty, and Chi didn't look like one of them; she certainly didn't look younger than him

Chi looked at him straight in the eyes, "Next question?" she asked, not afraid to stare him down. She had put up with sh*t over the years, and he was no harder than the rest of them. She folded her arms impatiently, tapping her foot again.

Gavin glared back at Chi. He studied her face again: she was certainly very attractive, and her eyes spoke more than anything else. Huge round eyes

"Full name?"

"Chichilo Ambrussio" She said, pouting in a compact mirror. She put it back in her pocket and stared at Gavin, noticing the fine details on his face. He was attractive, and he had nice eyes, she decided secretly.

Gavin typed a few details into his computer and her application popped up. He looked over at Chi, finally giving her a smile as she seemed to have calmed down now. He pressed the buttons on his keypad again and hit print

"How long have you been modelling?" he asked, "and what was your first job?"

Chi thought about her first time modeling. Age 8. "I've been modeling for 12 years. And my first job was being on the front cover for a kiddy magazine. I was only 9." she sighed happily and smiled back at him.

Gavin entered the data onto his computer and turned back to Chi, pleased she was finally smiling. He'd worked at Queens Clothes for long enough to know how to deal with models who were too full of themselves, but Chi was calming down a bit, so maybe she didn't need a kick up the backside

"Do you live in the city?" he asked

"Yes." said Chi, calmer, "But I think it's horrible around here. I mean, if I say some one has the wrong outfit on they spit at me or something. It's really rude." she shook her head, making sure her hair was still as striaght as a pin.
