List of files that can be deleted in game folders.

Hi,
I'm looking for a list of files that can be deleted with no arm in the different game folders. I'd like to have a game light AND efficient.
Things like picture, thumbnails and unused Nbh are quite obvious and easy to take off. But there are certainly more files, cluttering the game with no utility.

If you know some; please share...
