Saving game progress issues......

They REALLY have to change the save and exit menu. Like honestly.... Im use to clicking quit and then yes (for overwrite). Its my fault I dont take the time to look but honestly, the game should be able to save all the time. I didnt have any thiefs or fires or anything..... So I lost all progress....

I, too, am venting because my power went out when I was building a huge mansion. I had it all built and was working on the landscape when my computer restarted... I was like, 'EFF!" The thing is I noticed the lights flickering right before this happened, so I quickly went back to Edit Town to save, but the computer restarted while it was saving... Corrupting the data file and thus rendering it useless...

I not only lost that lot, I lost the whole neighborhood.
