Sims 3 register Game

I STILL cannot register my sims game on EA site. Have tried everything I can think of. EA will not let me in on my pre register name. EA will not let me register a new email & name. Ea will not let me download anything. Did I somehow get the wrong game? The box was the collectors issue. Got the 2 car codes, they do not work. The version is 6.0000 something. Do I need the patch EA was going to give us, but have not to get this to work? What is going on???? Does anyone know? All the previous answers HAVE NOT WORKED!! I am so disappointed and upset, especially when I kept having good thoughts when so many were saying the game was no good. Now I am beginning to believe them. Please someone help me! Is there anyway to get in touch with EA and tell them what is going on? :cry:

Well, sorry about the rant. Went to a completely new computer and what do you know. Was able to register my game. Who knew, especially since the old computer was actually new. So thank you everyone for listening. It did make me feel better. And now I can download stuff.

Glad to see you got it working. As a side note, this question properly belongs at the EA site. We have no control over their servers. It would be like you calling EA games and asking why our site was down or you couldn't download content. ;)
