How do I get my sim to jog?

Probably a dumb question. Everytime I tell my sim to go somewhere he grabs the bike. How do I direct him to jog? Thanks for any help!

Just click on the ground and press 'jog here'.

you bring up your town map and then click jog here wherever you want him to go.

You have to have AT LEAST one point in the athletic stat btw :!:

You can jog all over town if you wish. Just go a block or so and click jog. Then go a few more blocks.
