You can plant seeds anywhere, you don't need dirt like you did in seasons. The lily pads are in with the outdoor plants, sorry that I don't remember exactly where...if I had to guess I would say the flowers or bushes. As for your last question, I have no idea :(

Good luck with your gardening! :)

To plant a plant you just click on the seed or fruit or veggie in your inventory your trying to plant and you should get an option to plant or plant many depending on how many you have and then you just select where you want to plant it.

Q1: you can plant anywhere, no dirt needed, just choose a seed or fruit from your inventory pick plant, and you can pick the place where it is planted.

Q2: the lily pads can be found under build mode and "shrubs".

Q3: your sim will lean to her default body condition, if you keep doing a lot of cardio workout she should loose some of the muscle, or even no work out at all ....... it will come back eventually, but she will always lean towards her default physical state (how she was made in CAS).

To plant something click a piece of fruit in your inventory or a common seed and choose "plant" you will then have the option to place a mound of dirt somewhere.

It is really hard to change your Sim's body type in this game. REALLY hard. They almost always revert back to what it was before.

I'm sure people have answered already, but I'll answer still:

Q1. How do I plant plants >.>? There is no "dirt" that I can find >.> or do I just click a random bit of ground?
You can plant seeds or fruits/death flower as long as you have the required gardening skill level. You can only plant on your own lot but, there, you can plant anywhere there's ground (without tiles).

You can harvest and garden and water any plant in the world map, including those on the neighbor's garden :D (or public royal estate).

Q2. Where are the lily pads for my pond? Can't find it anywhere >.<
Check either the flowers or the bushes section of the gardening menu in the building screen. They are there.

I recommend you using the moveObjects on cheat so you can place the lily pads just where you want them, and also pressing the ALT key when placing them to rotate 360º and whatnot.

Q3. My sim is all muscle . . . and she looks FUGLY.
Yeah, all muscle no fat girls are generally very ugly, just like in real life. In real life, however, there are some cases where all muscle no fat girls are incredibly attractive too, but, sadly, that isn't the case with the sims. My personal preference is to go for average muscle to no muscle and average fat (for boobs and other body parts that are visually appealing).

If i make her eat lots of fatty foods, will she gain weight and not loose her athletic skill points? I want her to be slim and nice again.
There is a lifetime happiness reward that lets you modify your sims' muscle level aswell as their fat level. It costs above 40k though, so you might have to work for it. Still, you can use it for multiple sims and pass it on for future generations, so it's handy.

Don't forget to upgrade it using your handyness skill. I think it can be upgraded for added effects. :D

Oh :P
