Is there a mod or something that allows my kleptomatic Sim to steal more than three lame items a night?

Isn't there a klepto mod in the Downloads forum under Game Mods? I'm sure I've seen one.

Yes, there is. Unfortunately, we don't have a mod to make people less lazy.

I am not lazy. I searched on Google, this site and a few others and could not find a mod, so I was wondering if one even existed.

I am not lazy. I searched on Google, this site and a few others and could not find a mod, so I was wondering if one even existed.

When you say you have searched, you don't mean by a search engine, or the Search function on this site? Because you can't do it that way, all these search functions aren't good enough to find everything. On this site you have to go to Downloads->Game Mods and then browse down through everything and see what's there. I'm not writing this to get on your case or anything in any way, shape or form; just for your future reference.
