Facial Piercings for The Sims 3?

I've seen pictures of sims with facial piercings on Garden of Shadows, where can i find these?

Is it real piercings or just a painted on?
Real piercings would have to use face morphs to work well, face profile and height and also the relevant moth, nose or eye height to hit the target, so it would require some pretty sophisticated moding.
There are a set of painted on here at modthesims. If somebody has made real working face piercing I would be very interested.
