I've had this idea for a while - basically to showcase various meshing/modding disasters I know we've all had from time to time, just as a bit of fun.

While I had some interesting mistakes trying to work out world geometry, I didn't take any screen captures of them. However while trying to figure out data, sometimes I will write code to try and visualize it and see if the result makes sense.

This was one of those cases the result did not make sense. But it was interesting enough I took a capture of it.

Delphy, now here's a lovely example of the 'naked body' result I sometimes get from recolouring, that I mentioned in your CTU thread. This was as a result of a recolour applied as a stencil, plus a black multiplier. At least it somehow included a discreet little thong! (Maybe that was on the default replacement skin I use) I think the shades and boots really set it off nicely! LOL

It actually spins way slower than that. It's faster to make the image file size smaller.

This is not exactly a modding disaster. This is an EA disaster, which I thought I'd fixed, until I decided to try the top and the bottom.

While testing this, I discovered something fun - if you send a sim to the shower, then use MC to edit in CAS and switch their gender while they're naked, they'll switch back when they change back to clothes. And when they undress again, yup, back to the other gender...

CmarNYC, I find it interesting to notice that even though that is a child clothing mesh, the game has still enabled the guy's muscle definition on the arms.

It plays fine with Media Player Classic from the K-Lite Codec Pack (http://www.free-codecs.com/download/k_lite_codec_pack.htm ) and with VLC (http://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html ), my two fave media players - between the two of those, I can open just about anything!

How strange. My Windows Media Player told me it didn't recognise the file type and couldn't play it. Real Player "played" it as the play head was moving but there was no visual or audio.

My first clothing project on remaking Hatsune Miku's outfit has definitely seen better days... Trying to cheat on 3DS Max's morpher by getting the number of vertices "close enough" is a very bad idea. So is trying to cheat once again with the vertex number by switching to TSRW's WSO. Ultimately, I made the morphs "the right way" using 3DS Max's morpher.
