I got the following message when trying to download Seasons to my computer: "A problem occurred when trying to transfer the file 'TSData\Res\Sound\Voice1.package"

Any suggestions on what could be the issue???

What do you mean by download Seasons - what exactly are you doing?

Do you mean install?
Try wiping the disk clean.
