WCIF a "No Formal at Bistro" Mod?

Does anyone know if a mod has been made where the Sims don't change into their formal wear once they go to the bistro?

Well, I don't know of a custom mod out in public, but I know you can change the value in the Sims 3 Mod Generator by Morgade: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=353622 . I don't know what to put it in, but it is definitely there as seen here: http://i25.tinypic.com/24g4xw6.jpg. I hope you get to fix it!

EDIT: Woops, well I found out all you have to do is change it to everyday, but I have no idea of the option to go as you are if that's what you want.
