Nightlife requirement versus Double Deluxe

I have a mod that requires the NightLife EP. I have recently had a report from a user that it doesn't show up for her with Double Deluxe (which is supposed to be "Nightlife bundled with Celebration SP over the original game"). When she installed OfB and the alternative "all EPs beyond Nightlife" version, it came up immediately.

I have the flag set to show that this mod requires NL and was wondering if there was a different flag for Double Deluxe? I have seen various comments throughout this forum that Double Deluxe isn't quite the same as installing the various EPs that it supposedly includes. Is there a way to handle this? For example is it better to say it is a base game compliant mod in terms of the EP requirements and then code in the BHAVs to check for the Global Game Edition flags being set. Does Double Deluxe at least have that flag set?

I believe that the Celebration Stuff pack uses the Pets game engine, so all mods for Double Deluxe will have to be compatible with Pets.

So DD should set the Pets flag but not the NL flag ?
