Help with aquarium pool please

I've been following this (http://www.geocities.jp/invisiblesims2/stairtutorial/aqarium01/index.html) guide to build one. I can get to here fine

However, once i try the next part

It just will not flatten the walls. It either riases them further or puts them back into their origonal state.

Any got any idea why I can't fallten the walls like it instructs in the guide?

The problem is that you are trying to level a wall to be even with the ground -- which is extremely difficult and tedious. With 'normal' CFE manipulations, 4 clicks is the lowest wall.

Add another wall on top of everything. This second wall is the one that can actually be flat all the way across. How you arrange the distorted walls and where the levels change is up to you.

I am certain if you look at the aquarium tut carefully you will see that there is a 2nd wall. "Normal' CFE manipulations -- the build it, level it and only go back because you screwed up are the traditional CFE stuff in most tutorials.

V1nd1Care discovered how to make less than 4-click walls and wrote a tutorial (http://modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=190663). It is absolutely not for noob's.

If you wanted to actually look at an aquarium building in game, I did one (http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=132941) - required Uni. It was a long time ago, but I still remember that working out how to make those corners look reasonably nice was frustrating.

Look carefully at pic in step 7 (and also the beginning) -- the pool level is not even with the top of the windows -- it is 4 clicks down.
