So I recently just started downloading other peoples custom content from here and peggy's site. I've decided that I want to make my own, altho it looks hard and comfusing and very time consumeing.... I'd love to give it a try. So I need a guide with step to step, that is very simple and easy for anyone :P

Yes, obviously you do need some hand-holding because at the top of this page is a drop-down menu called Create. Click on that. Follow the links. That is where discussion and learning of CC is held, not here in the general forums. There are also a bunch of tutorials on the Wiki (top of this page, it says Sims2Wiki, not the most obvious because you're wanting to create for TS3, but once you get there you have the choice of TS2 or TS3).

You'll find a lot of tutorials on this site, and lot of talented people willing to answer questions in the Create forums and #create chat, but not a lot of hand-holding. As with Sims 2 modding, it's often better to start smaller and work your way up to the big stuff.
