I tried to download the Pub and Diner today from the simlogical.com site and this is the error I got:
The XML page cannot be displayed
Cannot view XML input using style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.

Invalid at the top level of the document. Error processing resource 'http://simlogical.com/sl/Sims3/PubAndDiner/Pub%20and%2...

The download is not working. I apologize if this is in the wrong place, I really didn't know where else to post this information.

It's not even meant to have a style sheet!
Try this: http://www.simlogical.com/sl/Sims3/PubAndDiner/PubAndDiner.htm
Dunno where you got all those %% from.

That is a cool lot and I would love to have it, but SuZyODD is right, the download link is broken. But, simlogical isn't supported anymore, is it? I didn't see any "contact" links anyway.

You're right. But that's very odd, cos loads of people have downloaded it,and I didn't change the page.
I will have to investigate

Well I tried changing the filename to get rid of the spaces but that wasn't it. It's like something got stuck in the registry telling it it was an xml file. Yuo can get the file with firefox, or use Save Target As in IE. It offers you .xml at the end of the filename so change that to Sims3Pack

The web server can have file associations, so it can have "application/xml" as the file type to send for some file pattern that happens to match. If the server admin has changed the config, that could have caused the problem. Maybe one day you can run your own web server...

I used Firefox and was able to grab the file. Sometimes I just hate IE!! Thank you very much, I'm going to enjoy your lot!

A Sims3Pack file has an xml structure: This is the first line
TS3Pack " <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><Sims3Package Type="lot" SubType="0x00000000">
It seems, that IE or something down-the-line, picks this up from the file, and attempts to treat it as an xml file.
Moreover, IE Tries to display it as through it were an ASCII Text File.
I don't think the error is on the server, it is an error with IE (Firefox, & opera are fine)
