Cloning free store objects?

Hi!

I wanted to make new lights by cloning the free Clark's Pack of Ghosts on the Halloween treats, since they're not listed on s3oc I tried by using sim3pack multiinstaller to change the sim3pack to packages and tried to open them with s3oc but everytime it said:

I know it's made to clone base-game objects but is there a way to clone that to?

Store objects cannot be extracted or cloned, since they are not DBPF files, they are DBPP (which stands for Protected Package).

Shoot, i'm gonna have a hard time doing my lights with other clones. Thanks for the answer :)
