How to Put rug on a omsp / Surface ??? O.O

Heyya Dear Mts2 ppl!
I'm making a new horror movie and ive recolored Echo's 3x4 Rug into a whole green rug.

Why? Becoz i want to put it on a omsp so the sim could walk trough the rug as if they were in water but bellow torso level, what i mean its to green screen croma keyeying the green rug.

But! i want to know if there is a setting in simpe that allows object to be on surfaces / omsp. Please!
