DO sims 3 have complete dance creation ability

I have heard of dance party addon but is it for sims 2 or sims 3

I want to load lots dance moves on sims and change their clothing and use a dance floor set..

Is it possible

What do you mean, "complete dance creation ability"? As in, you want to customise the way your sims dance? Considering the game is still in its infancy, and that nobody has been able to make custom animations for it yet, I'm going to guess that there isn't anything like what you're after.
There was a "House Party" expansion in the Sims 1 that had dancefloors and whatnot, and I think there was some form of dancefloor that came with one of the expansions in the Sims 2, however you couldn't customise their movies in those.

Regardless of all that though, this should have been posted in the WCIF section. If you want a Sims 2 guide, please go to the appropriate forum there (most likely 'create', although I'm not sure for certain since I don't go on those forums).

Dancing was done poorly in the sims2 and Its a big disappointment that they did nothing to improve this, they just copied the same horrible moves from sims2.

I at least expected sims to dance differently to each channel.

Um, I like the dances in Sims 2, but in sims 3, I wish they had added the Smustle since that to me is a must for all sims. I do think the dancing together thing is cute. I just liked the odd variety of Sims 2.

I've been wondering for so long, can they actually do that synchronized dance in-game, under the right circumstances? That would top the Smustle, hands-down!

I've been looking for dance hacks for the sims 3 and have been very unsuccessful. I would love to ynchronize the dance moves in the sims 3. I know I've been able to synchronize it with Chaos mod, but those are just individual moves. A dance creation thing would be awesome. They should have come out with that instead of the World Creation Tool.

Dancing....oh, I wish they'd put hula into TS3. It was my favourite thing in BV, and it gets me absolutely annoyed that I have all the furniture for a luau barbeque but my sims can't perform a nice thank-you-dance to Goddess Pele that she didn't make a volcano erupt and disturb all flights.... Or even show off their hot moves so that handsome stranger might want to get closer to their gently swaying body.
