Sue's Kitchen (Secret) Place

guys... whenever i go to Sue's Kitchen (Secret) Place... i the place wont load.. i mean..after loading "...." the place should i appear i can only see the the finished loading screen.. i hear my sims talking and walking even arriving but the place wont load :blink: ... its been happening 3x to me... i cant get to that place..i tried to close the game and reload it again and go to that place again...but still i can only see the loading screen but not the scene..i tried also rebooting my laptop still the same..gawd! :blink: can someone help me? :cry:

Usually, in the vast majority of cases, actually going through and doing the steps (doing, not just reading) fixes issues - sometimes you may be asked to remove custom content, or to patch - please rest assured that all of our FAQs have been tested by our staff and volunteers and we wouldn't suggest you do something unless it's been known to fix particular issues.

Hobby and secret lots can be seriously borked if you initialize your new neighborhoods with your CC folder in. I had a thread on this which was locked apparently for posting in advance of anyone needing the information and being too chatty and now seems to have been deleted. My hobby lots wouldn't load for a hood I created with the Moon Island template and I fixed it by taking out my downloads folder and carefully removing the suburb files from the neighborhood folder one at a time until I determined which one was the hobby hood. When I reinitialized, without CC, the game generated a new one and then I played for awhile with a non-CC test sim and lot and when I put my downloads folder back in, everything seemed fine for the other lots. I'm no expert, I can only say what worked for me and needless to say, back up everything. Also, I have not played that hood in quite awhile so I can't speak to long-term testing. Good luck.

i tried it....i took out my "Download Folder" from EASims2 folder, then try playin for awhile without CC,and i made a new custom town, yea it worked,the place appeared already.. but heres another problem..my car wont show up and it takes a min for my sim to appear but without car, she just appear in the lot and then i cannot enter the food contest.. :help:

In your other thread you mentioned you are trying to enter the contest with CC food. Some CC food isn't updated for Free Time and the judges can't recognize it is a valid contest entry.
