Well, the landscaping is a little odd, the terrain isnt completely flat so that's be a problem. Do you have screenshots of the inside of the house?

You should read the Creator Guidelines (http://www.modthesims.info/wiki.php?title=MTS2:Creator_Guidelines/Lots_and_Houses#Level_Lots) first, specifically the section about level lots that I linked, if you plan on uploading here.

This looks like a sims 2 lot, yet it it's in the sims 3 category. About the lot, so far, it's way to simple. Simple floorplan, simple everything TBH. Needs lots of improvement.
