Sims in downloaded sims folder not showing up ;(

Help? I've had to redownload a lot of sims from mts just to get them to work, but some fabulous ones i've made myself who i'd like to reuse and are in the saved sims file aren't showing up in my game :(

Where exactly are you looking for your downloaded/saved Sim? You have extracted the downloaded ones into the proper folder? This might help: Game_Help:Installing_TS3_Sims (http://www.simswiki.info/wiki.php?title=Game_Help:Installing_TS3_Sims)

They should be in CAS in the premade Sim bin (step 6 in wiki) under the appropriate age bracket, gender, etc. Exported/Saved ones found in your document Library is in the Family bin on the Choose/Move In Household screen

They're all in the right folder, but they're not there :(
