Im looking to take care of something i thought never possible but maybe it is now? i really want to make a slider for the neck/face connecting area. Would it be hard to make a slider for this? is it possible? has anyone other than Delphy tried to make sliders? any light on this would be awesome.

That's a great idea. I have no clue why it wasn't included in the game.
But I'm not help nor can give any advice, sorry.

Do you mean "neck height"?
Yes, it can be done.

And Delphy's not the only one doing slider work, he's just the first to release it. jonha's working on a bunch, and with Delphy's tools, it shouldn't be too hard. Just use the Neck 'Y' scaling inverse to the Head 'Y' (so both don't shrink/grow at the same time), and that should do it, though I haven't tested that out yet.

While you *can* increase the neck (giraffe style) you can't change the chin area that connects to the neck with a normal slider since there is no bone included there. Thus, the only way to do it would be a BGEO method.

I love Delphy's first CAS sliders for face + body and I wish he or someone else would upldate it...

Delphy, what do you mean "giraffe" style? Like vertically just "up"

and as far as making a morph with BGEO style, is this hard? where do i start more or less?

Yes, I'm pretty sure Delphy means raising the head to make the neck longer.

Are you talking about changing that sort of double chin where the head and neck meet? Delphy's right that a BGEO or mesh morph would be needed for that, but I'm not at all sure it would be possible to come up with something that looks good. A morph could definitely be made for the head part, but it would still have to match up with the necks, and the neck belongs to the top and body meshes. They could probably be morphed too but you'd have to do every mesh in the game plus my feeling is that you'd need a separate slider for each one. Just not practical.

If you want to try, you'd have to create morph meshes using Milkshape and Wes H's plugins. FaceMorphMaker can then make the BGEO file.
