View Full Version : Spontaneous Llama Creation

Hi everyone,

I'm not really sure what exactly to put this under as (as far as I can tell) no one else has had this problem. So, apologies if this is in the wrong place.

I recently installed Apartment Life but I had previously been running all the expansion packs up to Seasons without a problem. Originally I was running University for a while by itself but custom content I downloaded during this period has never caused a problem with my game before.

Okay, so, the issue: Llamas are appearing in my neighbourhood.

After I granduated some sims from university, I moved them back into their original neighbourhood (Pleasantview) as is custom. I was playing on a Pleasantview lot, when a llama walked into my house uninvited as you would expect on a university lot.

If that isn't annoying enough, some of my sims spontaneously began sporting Llama outfits (the type where the face is visible).

Additionally, while one of my sims was in university, he got a cheerleader to join his household. This cheerleader (Sophie) graduated and now lives in Pleasantview. While she was dressed normaly for a time she then turned into a Llama. Is she the cause of my problems? Or could this be because of custom content I have downloaded? Or is this just crazy?

Thank you

E.S.

In order to better solve your problem, please go through the following as listed below:

General - Do the Game Problem FAQ
You appear to have not gone through our main Game Help:Game Problem FAQ. Please go through and do the steps on this FAQ, including any others that it links to (for example the Game Help:Game Problem-Problem Custom Content FAQ).

Usually, in the vast majority of cases, actually going through and doing the steps (doing, not just reading) fixes issues - sometimes you may be asked to remove custom content, or to patch - please rest assured that all of our FAQs have been tested by our staff and volunteers and we wouldn't suggest you do something unless it's been known to fix particular issues.

On occasion you might be asked to do a long FAQ - please make sure you do all the steps and don't just skip over them. You'll often find that these long FAQs have all the details you need. If nothing in the above FAQs fixes your problem you may post again detailing exactly which you have done and which steps failed.
