Can you make a sim your landlord? Also...

Well, i built a mansion that is an apartment so people can room there. I want to know if i can have the "Lord" of the mansion be the Landlord and also live there, ideally without rent, while still being a playable sim. And any shot at getting a butler and/or maid to live there and clean and make dinner for the tenants.

Don't know where else to put this because Apartments require a hellovalot of buiding...
