Black beds?

Yeah I followed a tutorial and tried to do some very simple modding of a few custom beds to increase the motives.

Now? The textures are all messed up. This occured very suddenly; the beds in question were actually working perfectly for a while. Now all of the beds I modded are completely black, not flashing blue, just completely black and texture less, though oddly enough the textures still can be seen a little bit when highlighted with cursor....

What did I do wrong here? :cry:

Increasing motives is a simple bcon adjustment, and should not have affected any textures. I suggest you go back to the original custom packages and use Same Energy Gain Mod (http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=320275). There is no reason to adjust any bed with this mod.

Well, I also altered the numbers in the catalog to reflect the increased motives, could that be it? :(

Oh nevermind... for some reason it only seems to be doing this on one lot in particular, none of them are doing this on other lots... idk, this is weird.

The numbers in the catalog are just visual, they mean nothing and the only reason to change them is if for some reason it bothers you. Since with that mod all beds are equal.

If this is one lot you have something corrupt, either lot or cc on the lot.

For some reason its only doing it on apartment lots, not sure why :(
