Poly Count

I hope someone can help me! I want to reduce the poly count of a mesh, and usually I use the DirectX mesh tool in Milkshape, but it won't reduce the mesh. I've tried separating the groups and exporting them as individual files, but nothing. I really like the mesh, but I'm not going to risk my computer over it.

Did you "save" the action? Look at the picture. Only you have to do is reduce the mesh using the bar and save (using the circled button)
