Tips to stop my lag? :o

I had 900 MB of custom content, took me maybe 30 min to load game (that was laggy), cleaneed it up to about 300MB.
Now it takes 5 min :D

BUT
It lags like HELL!! When I click the speed 3 button...it doesn't speed up quick...and it's just slow and laggy.

ALL options set to "Low".
So i'm thinking it's a mod?

Does AwesomeMod lag a game?
I also have Twall's mod (StoryProgression).
And a few clothes, hairs, and stuff like sliders and the faster eating mod lol.

Do you think it's any of my mods?

I used Delphy's Dashboard thingy and no things show up in orange except awesome mod (core mod?)

NVidia 8800
Vista
