[S3PE] Overlooked slot in FTPT

I'm using the latest QA version to help me look over the file format for the FTPT files that contain the Slot Data.
I first noticed it in the RSLT for the City Hall, that after the data block
for the enter/exit slots was a 14th slot definition, and that The Grid was
only only displaying info from the FTPT for 13 slots.

In TSRW it's displayed as a Pink Slot and I've found this slot in serveral
of the appliances that i've checked, so far.

In the city hall RSLT, when using a hex editor to view the entire RSLT,
the enter/exit slots datablock ends at 0x0318 followed by

Update the wiki appropriately and I can change s3pe.

He means thanks for the heads-up, and do you know whether this situation is correctly described in the wiki or not? That will help to narrow down to a problem in the definition or a problem in the code.

Please can you state the TGI for the resource? Then I can whiz straight to it to check it out.

sorry my head is spinning from working with the lite file.
I don't think the wiki correctly describes the RSLT format.
Trying to figure it out (as well as an amatuer can) is my next hope.
and well this is an incomplete post.
I'm very sorry, my points was to find out where the slot is referenced.
for example....
The City Hall object has 12 pathing slots used as enter/exit points (in pairs),
it has a 13th defined as a pathing slot, that I believe is used to position protesters,
and a 14th slot whose purpose I don't understand, is positioned in the clock tower.
TSRW displays the 1st 13 in green and the last slot in pink.

In S3PE I can find the 1st 13 slots refered to in the FTPT that handles slots,
but I can't find any references to the 14th slot outside of the RSLT.
Any ideas on wher to look ?


As for the wiki, I haven't figured out enough, yet (if I ever do) Im
only certain of the format for pathing slots.

Grrr I will never get the hang of these editing tools. Ok I will start to look into this but the next release may not address it.

I'd forgotten about this post or i would've updated it.

I found that any object that have a second ftpt (such as the rabbit holes), that the 2nd ftpt
only lists pathing related slots.
I now think the 14th slot is an Effect slot, so S3PE wasn't missing the slot, the FTPT just didn't
contain any info on it.

I don't why EA set it up this way, but slot related FTPT files only contain entries for Path Slots,
and even then those entries are not used by the game, changing the RSLT is sufficent to move a slot.
