Hi!
I just bought a new computer and I installed the sims 2 and the sims 3. There is no problem with The Sims 3. But with the Sims 2, I got this really weird bug:

It's only when I'm moving, if I zoom or dezoom, it doesn't happen.
What is going on?
Thank you for your time

Can you try turning down/off/up/fiddling with the "smooth edges" setting in-game? It looks not terribly different from a similar issue that can be resolved by changing the Smooth Edges (antialiasing) settings in the game's graphics options.

I can't use this setting, it looks like it's not available

Can you post up your system specs then, please? http://www.modthesims.info/wiki.php?title=Game%20Help:System%20Specs
It would be REALLY weird for a brand new computer with even half-decent specs to not be able to use that setting. Usually it only disables itself if your graphics card can't handle it, but most any graphics card worth playing TS2 on can do so, at least at a low setting.

Well, definitely looks like it's an issue with Intel graphics. Which isn't surprising - it's not a real graphics card, but an integrated chip which is notorious for issues with games - especially TS2. Pretty much everyone I've ever heard of with Intel graphics has had issues with the game (myself included). Besides the usual trying different drivers, I don't think there's anything that'll really resolve it: it's just not made for gaming. The fact that EA ever had it on the supported list has always struck me as wildly irresponsible and flat out wrong, simply to sell more games to people who shouldn't be trying to run them on underpowered computers. On a laptop I don't think this is resolveable. On a desktop you could get a proper non-integrated graphics card.
