Lot values

Does anyone know anything about the lot values. In CAW you can add additonal values to make a lot more expensive. I need it the other way around, I need to make some cheaper.

Anyone know which values I'd use and if I can use a minus?

You can use negative values.

yes, but how much is each value? How do I make it say 10,000 cheaper?

It's one to one value... say you have a lot worth 20,000. If you type in -10000 in the Additional Value property, the lot will then be worth 10,000.
