Family dissapeared when they went on a vacation.

I took my family of six (two adults, two teens, and two children) on a vacation to China and when it loaded they were gone. All I could do was move around China.
Not sure if theres any way to fix this but help would be appreciated.

Have you tried loading the backup of your saved game? Hopefully, before they went on vacation, so you could replace your saved game with the backup?

I havent been backing up my game. Just got my computer back from a month of not haveing it and didnt really think to do that ^^;;

The backup I was referring to would already be in your saved games folder. For each saved game, there should also be a backup of the saved game.
If the saved game becomes corrupt or unplayable for some reason, you can remove it and rename the backup to take the place of the original save.
