Help!! Game not loading and downloads not working!!

My game goes through to the intro and then it exits out of the game before the loading screen. I deleted the CC before reading the help section and went through everything in the help section. Nothing has worked so far...

On another note, my stuff from the Sims3 Store isn't installing.

It didn't happen before I downloaded some CC from MTS. I think it was the sliders, but nothing I tried has worked so far. Can anyone help?

First, let's try to get your game working again - follow that guide as there may still be some stuff you need to do. Then worry about getting the CC working again. :)
