The Hateful Brothers

This challenge is for all the people that know how annoying and pain-steaking brothers can be at some times, but this may put a bit too much emphasis on it :D

First off, go into CAS. Create two sims. They can both be whatever you want them to as long as one of them is an adult or young adult. The brothers can be opposites or similar, or anything you want :)

Next, move them into a lot or house and make half the house one brothers' and the other half the others'. This can be seperated by a little fence, large fence, or preferably, a wall. You can decide where to put the bedrooms and bathrooms etc. and some of the rooms don't have to be seperate. Next, make the brothers HATE eachother. I mean HATE :!:

No cheats whatsoever, besides CFE for the house.

At least one them has to have an income whether is collecting and selling, part time or full time.

The prices of objects should not alter. This means no price changing with mods.

OPTIONAL RULES: :!!:

Only one can start a family.

They don't have to be the same sex, they can be sisters and brothers, or just sisters.

So, what, where's the challenge? Put two sims that hate each other in a house? That's it? If two sims are living in the same house, their relationships to each other are practically irrelevant. Heck, relationships in general are pretty irrelevant in TS3, anyway. My sims practically never talk to each other, because this would involve stopping BOTH of them and extremely lengthy docking delays. And they're simply far too busy to care about each other.
