Can you remove roofs in the sims 1?

I searched everywhere but i can't seem to find a way to remove a roof in the sims :| .Can it be removed :blink: ?

Umm... I'm not quite sure what you're asking.

Are you asking how to hide the roofs? I think you can just do that the same way you can in TS2. Click the little "show walls only / show cutaway / hide walls" icons, and that should hopefully work.

On the other hand, you're probably asking how to actually get rid of the roof. If I remember correctly (and, chances are, I don't), you can place a floor tile on top of where the roof is, and the roof will disappear from that segment of the ceiling. If there is a fully transparent floor like the ones available for TS2 (and I'm not sure that's possible), you can probably just put that on top of the parts of the roof you want gone.

Also, this may not be the correct section. Then again, I don't know if MTS has a TS1 help section... I know there is a TS1 content creation forum, but I think that's the only TS1-related forum available.
