So I have deleted the one mod I knew was the problem (already done extencive research and tried all my techy stuff), and my problem persists even after a clean slate. I figure it's the resource or .dll files you use with MonkeyHelper, however replacing these files with fresh ones didn't work. Neither did deleting cache files. I'm still struggling even though I've even deleted the .rar file of the mod... this is horrific. Usually things would be running smoothly by now, but even reading the coding in the MonkeyHelper files hasn't come up with anything... I'm downloading dashboard (by delphy) to see if that comes up with anything, but in the mean time, has anyone had this luck? And before you ask, I havn't been able to uninstall the mods one at a time, because when I make sure they're uninstalled (by trying to install again) it says "Replace this file?"... not good >.<!

I think you're probably overcomplicating things and using outdated tools.
First, can you tell us which version of the game and patch level you are running (i.e., Ambitions, 4.x.x)? This will tell us where your mods should be installed. The patch level will be in the lower left corner of your launcher window or you can check your Version.tag file in My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\ .
Next, if you ARE running Ambitions or the latest patches, you should know that the Install Helper Monkey (http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=344611) has not been updated since the base game. If you've been using it to install your content: stop.
Finally, if you have been using the Install Helper Monkey, it has been placing mods in your Program Files path. Go to Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\ and remove or empty the Mods\Packages folder.

I havn't updated my game at all, hence I don't have any of the expansions and didn't care for the fixes the patches had. Also, I fixed the problem myself, as I found out that the mod was not uninstalled, and uninstalled using dashboard. And yes, I checked both the folders, even in program files and the mod wasn't even there, so it must have been hiding somewhere. I found it, it's gone, problem solved. Thanks though!
