Raised foundation, or deck?

Ok, in my master bath (the whole house or most of it, is on foundation already) I want my master bath, just the bat, to be a kind of a step up on a mini deck to a sunken in tub. Any way to do this? with foundation/deck/split levels? with or without cheats

Have you considered using the Stage (split-level interior foundation)?

Okay, I can do that, but are there any sunken tubs? Here or on another site? I don't think the hot tub does anything for hygeine, does it?

Yes, the hot tub will increase hygiene over time, but not as quickly as a regular tub or shower.
