"Default Lang Only" Button not working?

Whilst I'm making animations it says I need to press "Default Lang Only" but its not press able like it is faded so I cannot press it.
Help! Does anybody know what I need to do?

I expect that means you already only have a singl language string. If you press the right arrrow next to the language of the string you can cycle through all the other languages and I guess you'll find that they are all empty. Emptying them is all the "Default Lang Only" does.
