How do I make skyscrapers?

I have tried "setHighestAllowedLevel[14] and it dosen't do anything it will only let me go up to five. What am I doing wrong. Please don't lock this. I don't know where to look on the interet and everything tells me the same thing anyway.

Are you adding the brackets and excluding the space?

It works for me when I enter: setHighestAllowedLevel 14
