extra levels

I'm trying to make a six level house and I can't find a cheat to allow extra levels. Using the sims 2 cheat doesn't work and searching on google isn't giving me anything. Is this cheat in sims 3?

I put 'si,s 3 build more floors' into google and it came up with all these
