How about another (preemptive) new release thread?

Im getting the collectors edition tomorrow. I was madly in love with the original Fable, so Ive remained loyal even through the second.

Though from the dev journals Ive seen I dont think It will be moving towards what I envisioned (They say more "action" blaah.). Still, the plot seems compelling. AND JOHN CLEESE! I cant wait to see his repertoire as "my" butler.

Fable left me cold but I adored the sequel.

Anyway my copy of Fable III is sitting on my desk in front of me right now. It is taking all my willpower to hold off until the work day is done before I start playing.

Aww. I don't have it yet but it should arrive any day now, since it's been sent. I can't wait to play it with my fiance, great fun it'll be! :)

I've loved both previous games so I'm pretty sure this one's good too.

Man, I still haven't played any of the Fable games. Someday though....someday...

My partner is waiting for his copy right now. Had an email yesterday to say they had dispatched, he was getting his hopes up that it would be here today but no post as of yet :( . Then again he will be getting Fable III before I get my damn copy of Late Night lol.

First Fable was amazing, did not played the second.
Excited for third sequel for PC.

Found it a bit weird not launching the two for PC.
But they said it doesn't have anything that affects the story on the second that would in the third one.

PC version is delayed, unfortunately. Don't remember the release date, it was first 22 Oct if not mistaken, but then it got delayed.
Did they announced the new release date? Found at gamefaqs. 12/12/2010 :faceslap: coo!

Constantly amazed by how many people loved the first Fable and how many of those found no love in Fable 2.

Maybe it's because they didn't bother to try Fable 2 after the first one, so have nothing but the first one to go by. I thought the first, Fable: Lost Chapters was a solid and short game. But once I was done I found absolutely no desire to play again because I felt I had seen everything there was to see in the game. But by your words I will look up some non-spoiler reviews on Fable 2, maybe it's on sale.

Fable III is the best imo, so far... There are some annoyances though (like not being able to chose which expression you want to do with others) but the story is amazing and it has the toughest moral choices, imo. Love it!

Eh...I hate how people always put fable 2 down in the dirt, I have Fable TLC for pc and I enjoyed defeating Fable 2, Fable 3 will be no different.
