Are you talking about making a new door? If so, you want to head over to Object Creation. Otherwise, please explain more. :)

No, not is a new door, I want an existing door occupies three tiles. (sorry for my english)

The number of tiles a door, window or other object uses is defined in the object itself and you cannot change that while building. It would require modifying that object or creating a new.
