Custom Sims don't show?

It's probably a stupid question, but have I done something wrong? I downloaded like 5 or so Sims, like Wesker and Chris and stuff, but they don't show up in families when I go into a Neighborhood.... It's the SIMSpack things where you double click, they just aren't there...

They show up in the sim bin in Create-A-Sim, not in the family bin. :)

I felt dumb-founded for a bit, but when I went to Create-A-Family -> Create Sim -> Choose Existing Sim -> Sim Bim, there's just ordinary Sims, none of mine! Oh dear what have I done wrong? The download file was just a single SIMS2PACK for everyone I downloaded.

Problem Solved: I reinstalled them, thank you for the correct location, whiterider!
