can some one tell me where do i start to make my own CC i would love to create but what program do i need??? dose any one have any really good sites to learn from.. any help would be awesome.. Thanks :help:

Your question is incredibly vague. You will need to decide what you want to create, go through some tutorials, and then ask specific questions when/if you have problems. Start with Sims_3:Modding and read some tutorials. CAS retextures or objects such as paintings would be a good start since they start with texture replacements, but they will get you started using the tools and getting your own cc into the game. All the tutorials will list any tools you need, and each type of cc may use different ones.
