missing hair...

I recently downloaded new hairstyles from the Sims 3 website. Everything seemed to be fine, except when I went into "change appearance" mode for my twins, the downloaded hairstyles AND two of the World Adventures hairstyles appeared for only 1 of the girls...the other was missing those new hair options...help???

Is EADM (+Adobe Air) updated?
Game_Help:Sims_3_Delete_Cache_Files + thumbnails after adding CC?
