Is this a glitch?

I just got the Late Night expansion pack and now, for some odd reason, I can't intereact with any of the "rabit holes"(the book store, restaurants etc) in either the new town or the original ones. I can go to them but not enter them, or other interact with them in any way. Also, how do you get your sims jobs now? The option to find a job is no longer available from the computer or newspaper.

Have you patched to 1.18/6.1 yet?

AMD Athlon dual core 5000x, windows XP, 2 GB of Ram, 500 GB HD, and a ATI Radeon HD 4770 with 512 mb of ram.

When I first installed late night I was prompted to download a patch for both The Sims 3 and late night so I'm assuming that I have the latest patch.

Oh, and I should probably say that the only mods I'm using is True Nudist, your skin enhancements(HP) and a few clothes and house mods. Nothing that adds any new scripts.

Umm, hello? Could someone please help me? The Sims 3 is pretty much broken for me now.
