Missing files

I just uninstalled AL and installed freetime but when i went to play i noticed only desedirta valley(i know its not spelt right) and riverblossom hills. also my downloads folder only has the folders not the files

When you uninstall an EP, your mods and neighbourhoods will no longer work, and so will be deleted. Did you see the pop-up which warned you of this when you uninstalled?

No i didnt get the pop up though i know what your talking about. On my old computer it would pop up but it would all still work and it didnt mess up like this when i uninstalled Bon Voyage. Is there a way I could fix this though?

Restore a backup of your TS2 files; if you don't have one, then I'm afraid they're gone.
