Modify Terrain In Game

Is there a tutorial on using the in game world editor? Does it allow you to modify terrain? I can't place lots hardly anywhere.

The in-game world editor doesn't let you modify terrain, no. It only really lets you move and place decorations like trees and so forth, and lets you place lots on flat ground. And you really do want lots on flat ground in 99% of cases... otherwise, placing a premade lot on it will cause serious deformation of the terrain.

In order to reshape the terrain, add more roads, etc., you'll have to use Create a World, which we have a separate forum for under the Create header.
